댄스스포츠지도자의 윤리의식이 선수에게 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 댄스스포츠지도자의 윤리의식이 선수에게 미치는 영향은 무엇인지 살펴보고, 댄스스포츠지도자의 윤리의식에 영향을 주는 요인을 탐색해 댄스스포츠지도자의 윤리의식을 향상 시킬 수 있는 개선 방안을 파악 및 분석하여 올바른 윤리의식의 확립과 이에 따른 해결 방안을 기초자료로 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 댄스스포츠 프로페셔널 결승 진출자들을 대상으로 성인 남·여 7명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 연구 방법은 질적사례연구 방법을 활용해 일대일 심층 면담을 진행하였으며, 연구에 진실성과 신뢰도를 위해 구성원검토법, 삼각검증법, 동료검토법, 내용타당도를 사용하였다. 이에 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 댄스스포츠지도자의 윤리의식이 선수에게 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴본 결과는 올바른 윤리의식이 확립되지 않은 댄스스포츠지도자들로 인해 금품수수와 승부조작이라는 일들이 벌어지고 있으며, 이로 인해 선수들은 스포츠에서 가장 중요시 하는 페어플레이 정신을 잃어버리게 되는 경우가 발생하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 선수들이 경기 참여권을 박탈당하거나 운동을 포기하게 되는 사례로 이어지고 있다고 사료된다. 또한 지도자의 지도라는 명목하에 폭력(성, 언어, 처벌)이 발생하고 있으며 이로 인해 정신적 피해를 얻은 선수들은 선수 생활을 중도 포기 하는 사례가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 댄스스포츠지도자의 윤리의식에 영향을 주는 요인은 금품수수, 승부조작, 폭행, 비윤리적인 행위로 구분 지을 수 있었다. 셋째, 댄스스포츠지도자의 윤리의식을 향상 시킬 수 있는 개선 방안에서 금품수수를 예방하기 위한 방법으로 현장 목격 시 바로 신고를 해야 하며, 그에 따른 처벌을 받는 게 효과적이라고 하였다. 승부조작을 예방하기 위한 방법으로는 지도자가 올바른 가치관을 확립해 공정한 심판을 하고, 결과지를 공개해야 하며, 심사의 기준이 명확하고 선수들이 목소리를 대변할 수 있는 협회의 필요성이 제기되었다. 폭력을 예방하기 위한 방법으로는 지도자의 올바른 인격 성립을 위해 폭력과 성교육 프로그램을 더욱 확대 시키고, 전반적인 윤리 자격증을 이수해야 한다고 하였다. 비윤리적인 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로는 과도한 승리지상주의를 지양하고, 지도자와 선수가 수평적인 관계를 유지해서 긍정적인 환경을 실현해 나아가는 모습을 기대해 본다고 주장하였다. 따라서 기존 선행 연구들을 토대로 댄스스포츠지도자와 선수의 관계가 어떠한 영향력을 미쳤는가를 규명하는 데에 그 의의가 있고, 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에서는 댄스스포츠지도자의 윤리의식에 대한 양적, 질적으로 다양한 각도에서 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각 되고, 또 댄스스포츠 선수들이 지도자가 되었을 때 똑같은 전철을 밟지 않는 계기가 되었으며 한다. 따라서 지도자의 자질과 올바른 윤리의식을 갖춘 댄스스포츠지도자가 필요하며, 이 연구를 통해 댄스스포츠지도자의 윤리의식 소양을 갖추는 데 도움이 되고자 한다.|The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of dance sports leaders' ethical consciousness on athletes, discover and analyze improvement measures that can improve dance sports leaders' ethical consciousness, and provide basic data. To achieve the purpose of this study, seven adult men and women were selected as participants in the finalist study specializing in dance sports. As for the research method, a one-on-one in-depth interview was conducted using a qualitative case study method, and a member review method, a triangular verification method, a peer review method, and content validity were used for the study. Therefore, the results of this study are as follows. First of all, a survey of the impact of dance sports leaders' ethics on players showed that dance sports leaders who did not have the right ethics were causing bribery and match-fixing, causing players to lose the most important fair play spirit. This is interpreted as leading to cases in which players are deprived of their right to participate in the game or give up their exercise. One the other hand, violence (sex, language, punishment) occurs in the name of leadership, and mentally damaged players give up their careers in the middle. Second, factors that influence the ethical consciousness of dance sports leaders can be classified into bribery, match-fixing, assault, and unethical behavior. Third, in the improvement plan that can improve the ethical consciousness of dance sports leaders, it is said that it is effective to report immediately when witnessing the scene as a way to prevent bribery. As a way to prevent match-fixing, the association's need has been raised to establish correct values, make fair judgments, disclose results, have clear screening standards, and allow players to represent their voices. As a way to prevent violence, it is said that violence and sex education programs should be further expanded and overall ethical certificates should be completed to establish the right personality of leaders. And it is also argued that he expects to realize a positive environment by avoiding excessive victoryism and maintaining horizontal relations between leaders and players as a way to solve unethical problems. Therefore, looking at the previous studies, it is meaningful to investigate the influence of dance sports leaders and athletes, and based on the results of this study, future research should be conducted from various quantitative and qualitative angles, and it was an opportunity for dance sports players not to follow the same Track. Therefore, a dance sports leader with the qualities of a leader and the right ethics is needed, and this study aims to support dance sports leaders to have a sense of ethics.
