협동학습을 통한 문학교육 방법 연구 = 구인환 '숨쉬는 영정'을 중심으로

Abstract

영문초록: p. 43-44|이 연구의 목적은 제 7차 교육과정 개정에 따른 문학교육 목표를 보다 적극적으로 실현시키기 위한 교수 방법론으로서 협동학습의 필요성을 제시하는데 있다. 또한 문학교육의 특수성을 살릴 수 있는 협동학습 모형을 구체적으로 소설 단원에 적용하여 모형의 실효성을 높이는 것으로 연구의 목적을 밝힌다. 이러한 목적을 이루기 위해 기존의 협동학습의 성과와 연구 방법을 제시한다. 협동학습이란 학습활동을 수행할 때 학생 개인의 학습목표와 동료들의 학습목표가 동시에 최대로 성취될 수 있도록 학생들 간의 상호작용과 역할 보완성을 활성화시키려는 학습전략 중의 하나이다. 그 중 직소모형은 수준에 관계없이 모든 학생들이 학습에 참여할 수 있다는 점과 또래 학습의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있다는 것과 개인의 학업 성취와 아울러 집단?? 공동 목표에도 이바지해야 하므로 수업의 방관자를 미연에 방지할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그리고 실제적으로 중학교 소설단원인 '숨쉬는 영정’에 적용하였다. 숨쉬는 영정은 제7차 교육과정 7학년 2학기 국어 교과서 6. 문학가 독자에 실려 있는 두 번째 소단원이다. 문학과 독자 단원은 학생들로 하여금 소통행위로서의 문학의 특성을 이해하고 작품을 감상하기 위한 배경의 중요성을 학습하게 하는 단원이다. 특히 독자가 자신이 처한 사회적, 문화적, 역사적 상황과 거리가 있는 작품들을 접하게 되었을 때 작품 속에 드러난 여러 가지 시대적 상황에 대해 알고 이해하려는 노력이 작품 이해와 감상에 중요하다는 것을 강조하고 있는 단원이다. 협동학습의 모형을 소설단원에 적용하여 제 7차 교육과정이 내세우는 학습자 중심, 스스로 학습, 수준별 학습 등을 교육 현장에서 실천할 수 있는 계기가 될 수 있을 것이다.|The purpose of this study is to present the importance of cooperative learning as a teaching method to actualize literature education objectives of the 7th National School Curriculum more actively. Another purpose is to raise the effectiveness of cooperative learning model, which can make the best use of literature education characteristics, by concretely applying it to the novel unit. The existing cooperative learning results and study methods are showed to achieve these purposes. Cooperative learning is one of learning strategies that allows multi-accomplishment of individual and peer learning objectives at maximum by activating student interaction and duty assistance when performing study activities. Above all, the jigsaw model has merits such as allowing every student to participate without no connection with level. Another strong point is that it can maximize peer study and prevent onlookers from occurring, doing much for individual academic achievement and group study objectives. Also it actually was applied to 'The Breathing Portrait', a novel unit of middle school curriculum. 'The Breathing Portrait' is the second chapter of Unit 6. Literature and the Reader of the 7th National School Curriculum 7th grade second semester text book. This unit helps students comprehend literature characteristics as an understanding action and learn the importance of backgrounds in order to understand novel work. It emphasizes the effort to understand and appreciate the historical period situation exposed in the novel when comprehending and understanding novel work, especially when readers read novels concerned with the social, cultural, historical situations far from their own. The application of cooperative learning model to novel units can be an opportunity for practicing the learner-centered, self-learning and differentiated learning, presented in the 7th National School Curriculum, in the real educational practice.
