패션업체 기업윤리와 윤리경영제도 구축 인식에 관한 연구

- Abstract
- Business ethics management of companies has become a crucial factor to consider for the survival and growth of business firm. So business ethics arises as a core value of corporations. Also, since they have getting more the unethical business like this the child labor, low wages and an employment sexism in fashion industry, emphasis on the corporation ethics charter.
And the corporation to get a good image from the customers it should consider several variables, especially important are business ethics.
Thus, the purpose of this study is (1)to investigate the impact of ethical value (idealism, relativism, Machiavellianism) on sense of business ethics and unethical management of companies, (2) to study on cognition ethics management system of companies affecting a corporation image and purchasing intention, (3) to compare consumers with businessmen of a fashion company in variables.
For this purpose, we conducted a survey with 203 consumers and 152 businessmen of a fashion company and the results of this study were the following.
First, only a machiavellianism affected unethical management of companies. The more they have machiavellianism values, the more they felt no more unethical management of companies. Second, idealism, relativism and Machiavellianism had effect on sense of fashion business ethics. Ethical values had significant effect on business ethics. Third, unethical management of companies has a positive effect on sense of business ethics. Forth, unethical management of companies and sense of business ethics have a positive influence on cognition ethics management system of companies. That is, the more they felt sense of business ethic, the more they thought about ethics management system of companies significantly.
It is the results of comparison consumers with businessmen of a fashion company. Consumers have more cognitive moral or ethical value than businessmen. In addition, they have more sense of business ethics, cognition of ethics management system.
According to the demographic composition of the gender, there was some different in the results of the question asking unethical management. So men are higher unethical sense than women's one. The higher scholastic ability and the older they are, the more they felt sense of business ethic
The result of this study showed that all conducts of business ethics assumed a positive corporation image and purchasing intention. Also for the construction of healthy cooperation and consumption culture, continuous marketing strategy for an ethics recovery of the consumers and businessmen was suggested.
