치료적 리코더 합주가 보호관찰 청소년의 자기효능감과 문제해결력 향상에 미치는 효과

Abstract
본 연구는 치료적 리코더 합주 프로그램이 보호관찰 청소년의 자기효능감과 문제해결력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 실시되었다.
연구 대상자는 부천시 W구에 위치한 보호관찰소 내 보호관찰 처분을 받은 청소년으로 실험집단 7명, 통제집단 7명으로 총 14명이 선정되었다. 선정된 14명은 평균 4번 정도 소년원 수감생활을 하였고, 중학교 중퇴자가 대부분이었다. 본 프로그램은 2014년 10월 2일부터 10월 29일까지 1회에 60분씩 주 2~3회, 10회기에 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 음악치료가 보호관찰 청소년의 자기효능감과 문제해결력에 어떠한 효과를 미치는 알아보기 위해 일반적 자기효능감과 사회적 문제해결력 측정도구를 사용하여 사전, 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 치료적 리코더합주 프로그램에 대한 효과를 검증하기 위해 Mann-Whitney 검정과 Wilcoxon의 부호순위 검정을 시행하여 자료를 분석하였다. 음악치료의 프로그램 구성은 리코더합주 중심으로 음악적 환경 안에서 관계형성, 음악적 변화와 난이도에 따른 과제수행 및 문제해결, 자신감과 책임감 향상, 성공적인 음악경험을 목표로 진행되었다.
연구의 결과는 치료적 리코더 합주 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교하여, 사전에 비해 사후 자기효능감 점수가 23.6점 증가 하였고, 문제해결력 점수는 2.8점 증가하여 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 이러한 결과는 치료적 리코더 합주가 보호관찰 처분을 받은 청소년의 자기효능감과 문제해결력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 중재 도구임을 시사한다.
