Abstract
본 연구는 초임 보육교사의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스 및 직무만족도는 배경변인에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고, 전문성 인식이 직무만족 및 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향력을 분석해 보고자 하였다.
