초등학교 국악감상 교육을 위한 효율적인 시청각 교육 지도연구 및 제시

Abstract

오늘날과 같은 지식기반의 사회는 지엽적이고 단순한 사실의 암기로 똑똑한 인간의 육성보다 창의적인 인간을 육성할 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 교사중심의 단순한 암기식 교육이 아니라 학습자 중심의 창의적 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 기존의 교과서만으로 한계가 있는 국악감상수업을 다양한 시청각자료를 이용함으로써 풍부하고 다양한 경험을 학습자들에게 제공할 뿐만 아니라 생생한 학습경험을 학습자들에게 제공함으로써 국악감상에 있어 감정이나 인성적 측면에 있어 탁월한 학습효과를 가져올 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 학습자 스스로의 분석 및 재조직을 유도함으로써 더욱더 포괄적인 감상수업이 이루어지도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 기존의 연구들에서 시청각 교재는 유아들에게도 효과가 있으며, 그러한 교재를 사용함으로써 수업의 내용이 보다 풍부하여지고 학생들이 다양한 경험을 쌓을 수 있도록 도와준다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와는 달리 초등학생을 대상으로 시청각자료를 이용한 학습자 중심의 교수 - 학습 활동을 강조하고 있다. 또한 감상수업을 위하여 조선시대부터 내려오는 진찬을 비롯하여 김홍도 및 신윤복과 같은 당대의 유명화가들의 그림을 사용함으로써 사실성과 역사성을 나타내었다. 이러한 시청각 자료의 장점을 국악감상지도안에 적용시킴으로써 효과적인 국악감상지도안을 작성하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 본 논문의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 3  4  5  6학년 음악교과서의 국악감상부분만을 발췌하여 교사용지도서의 학습목표를 중심으로 시청각을 이용한 국악감상지도안을 작성하여 적용하였다. 국악감상지도안은 감상할 제재곡에 관한 작사 혹은 작곡가 또는 음악용어 등과 같은 제재곡과 관련된 내용을 담고 있는 ‘교사지도’, 학습자들이 제재곡과 관련된 다양한 활동 즉 창작, 그림그리기, 제재곡과 관련된 그림 및 사진 찾아보기 등과 관련된 ‘활동하기’, 학습자들이 한 차시동안 학습한 내용들을 평가하는 ‘평가하기’, 교사지도 및 활동하기, 평가하기의 전반적인 부분을 평가하는 ‘설문조사’로 이루어져 있다. 국악감상지도안은 서울 양재 소재의 모 초등학교의 5학년 20명 학생들을 대상으로 일주일에 한 번씩 총 4차시에 걸쳐서 실행되었으며 ‘설문조사’결과를 중심으로 다음과 같이 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 첫째, 본 논문의 지도안의 그림 및 사진자료들은 학생들에게 국악에 관한 흥미와 창의성을 신장시켜주었다. 둘째, 지도안의 사진자료들은 지면수의 한정된 상황 때문에 생략된 내용들을 따로 CD에 실었고 이를 ｢국악 감상을 위한 그림 자료집｣으로 만들어 학생들에게 제공하였다. 그림을 확대해서 수업시간에 학생들에게 제공함으로써 학생들이 자료를 구체적으로 관찰할 수 있었을 뿐만 아니라 호응을 크게 높일 수 있었다.| In information-base society these days, it is important to develop educational programs which are able to raise creative persons rather than intelligent ones just by make them remember so much discrete information. so it is proper to educate creatively based on students not on teachers classically. So far, there are so many limitations when students in music class are learned Korean traditional music lesson. If teacher uses various audio-visual materials it will be possible not only to provide students with abundant, various types of experiences but also result in great educational effects on emotion or humanity. Besides, it is the goal to achieve more expansive music-appreciation lesson inducing analysis and recombination of lesson by student themselves. According to pre-existing researches audio-visual materials were effective for kids aged 5 to 7 and using them in music class gives richness in the contents of lesson and helps students get various experience. In this thesis, differently from pre-existing researches, it is elementary school students as a target and it is emphasized that student-centered teaching and learning by using audio-visual materials. Also for the lessons reality and tradition are expressed by means of presenting JinChan descended from Chosun dynasty as well as many paintings drawn by famous painters of those days such as Hongdo Kim and Yoonbok Sin. The main purposes of this thesis are to make teaching plans of appreciation of Korean classical music and to evaluate effects of it. For these purposes, teaching plans are composed primarily concerning with purpose of lesson in instructor's manual by selecting up contents only of appreciation part of Korean classical music which are in music textbook of 3  4  5  6th grade and also applied to music class and then these are applied. Teaching plans of appreciation of Korean classical music(TPAKCM) consists of 'Instructor's Manuals', 'Let's do it', 'Test' and 'questionnaire'. 'Instructor's Manuals' contains contents about songs to appreciate such as compositions of lyrics and composers. 'Let's do it' is that students can do various things concerning with the songs such as to compose, draw a pictures and looking for paintings and pictures about them. 'Test' is test for the students lessons during a class. Finally 'questionnaire' is to test for a whole things of 'Instructor's Manuals', 'Let's do it' and 'Test'. TPAKCM was applied to music class once a week during a month to 20 students of 5th grade of elementary school located in Yangjae, Seoul. Conclusion from the 'questionnaire' are the followings. The first place, the pictures and paintings within TPAKCM have great potential to induce interest from students and also increase creativity of them. Pictures could be magnified to observe easily in details and that caused the great responses from students . The second place, CD-ROM was created as ｢database for the appreciation of Korean classical music｣ because of constraints of page limit and then students were provided with that
