체험학습을 위한 웹기반 구조중심 협동학습 시스템 설계 및 구현

Abstract

21세기 교육의 패러다임이 사회 변화의 흐름 속에서 구성주의와 웹기반 교육을 축으로 서서히 변화하고 있다. 경쟁구조를 기반으로 한 전통적인 교육에서 벗어나 교육현장의 문제점을 해결하고자 하는 새로운 교육방법들이 모색되고 있는 상황에서 교실 수업 개선에 가장 큰 영향을 준 변화 중의 하나는 협동학습이라 할 수 있다. 이는 구성주의 교육관에 바탕을 두고 있어 적절한 대안이 될 수 있다. 한편, 제7차 교육과정은 학생중심 교육과정이다. 학생들의 다양한 요구와 흥미․적성을 수용하기 위하여 다양한 활동중심의 체험학습이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다양한 활동중심의 학습 중에서 체험학습을 중심으로 자기 주도적 학습 신장과 학업성취 증대를 위하여 웹을 기반으로 하는 구조중심 협동학습 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 시스템을 활용하여 협동으로 학습하는 방법을 익히고, 체험학습 과정을 통해 자기 주도적 학습 능력을 신장시킬 수 있고, 구성원 간의 상호작용과 다양한 평가 방식을 통하여 추후 학업성취 증대에도 효과를 얻을 수가 있다.|The paradigm of education in the 21st century is slowly changing towards constructivism and web-based education in parallel with social changes. Under the present circumstances where some new teaching methods, out of the traditional education which is based on competition structure, to resolve problems in education are grouped , one of the changes which have had the biggest influence upon improving classroom instruction seems to be the cooperation learning. This can be suggested as an appropriate alternative, because it is based on the idea of constructivism education. The 7th Curriculum proposed by the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development, on the other hand, is a student-centric curriculum. Experience learning with emphasis on various activities is stressed, in order to satisfy diverse needs, interests, and aptitudes of students. Motivated by the above observations, in this thesis, we designed and implemented a web-based cooperative learning system with structural approach for learn-by-experience instruction among various activity-centric ones, to improve self-directed learning and increase scholastic achievements. The use of our system allows students to practice cooperative learning, enhance self-directed learning ability through learn-by-experience instruction, and obtain the increasement of long-term scholastic achievements via interaction among members and various evaluation measures.
