청소년의 부모 애착이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 청소년의 부모 애착이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이 관계에서 정서조절능력의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 정서조절능력이 부모 애착과 인터넷 중독의 관계를 매개할 것이라고 가설을 설정하였다. 서울 및 경기 소재의 중학교와 고등학교에 재학 중인 남, 여학생 총 500명을 대상으로 애착 척도, 인터넷 중독 척도, 정서조절능력 척도로 구성된 질문지를 배부하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0.0과 AMOS 18.0.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모 애착은 정서조절능력과 정적 상관관계를 가지고 있었으며 인터넷 중독과는 부적인 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 정서조절능력과 인터넷 중독 역시 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과를 통해 부모와의 높은 애착 수준이 높은 정서조절능력, 낮은 인터넷 중독 수준과 관련되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 청소년의 부모 애착과 인터넷 중독의 관계에서 정서조절능력의 매개효과를 알아본 결과, 정서조절능력은 부모 애착과 인터넷 중독의 관계에서 완전매개 효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 부모 애착은 청소년의 인터넷 중독에 직접적인 영향을 주지는 않지만 정서조절능력을 매개로 하여 간접적인 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있겠다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계 및 후속연구에서의 제안을 논의하였다.|The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of parent attachment on internet addiction and shed light on the specific mechanism through which emotion regulation ability had a influence on internet addiction of student in middle and high school. Based on earlier studies, it was hypothesized that emotion regulation ability would mediate the relations between parent attachment and internet addiction level. Inventory of parent attachment, internet addiction scale, emotional regulation ability scale were administered to 500 middle and high school students. Data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0.0 and Amos 18.0.0 The results of this study were summarized as follow: First, parent attachment had a positive correlation with emotion regulation ability. emotion regulation ability had a negative correlation with internet addiction. Second, emotion regulation ability showed a totally mediation effect on the relationship between parent attachment and internet addiction. Finally, based on the finding results, the implication and limitations of this study were discussed.
