창의적 문제해결법을 적용한 음악과 교수·학습 방법 연구

Abstract

오늘날 사회는 지식 정보화 사회로 엄청난 양의 지식이 생성되고 소멸되면서 쉴 새 없이 변화하고 있다. 빠르게 변화하는 시대에 따라 세계 여러 나라는 창의성에 대한 연구를 하고 있다. 교육의 흐름은 교사 중심의 수업에서 학습자 중심의 창의성을 신장시킬 수 있는 수업으로 바뀌고 있다. 여기에 맞춰 음악교육 또한 창의성을 신장시키는 데 다양한 방법으로 연구를 해야 한다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 이러한 필요성에 따라 음악 교과에서 창의성을 계발시키기 위한 교수‧학습 모형을 구안하는 것으로 한다. 먼저, 문헌연구를 통하여 창의성의 개념과 요소, 그리고 창의성을 개발 시키는 사고 기법에 대해 고찰하고 창의성 계발을 위한 교육 방법과 음악교육에서 창의성은 어떻게 나타나는지 살펴본다. 창의적 문제해결법(Creative Problem Solving)은 창의성을 계발 시키는 방법으로 창의성 개발 프로그램의 근본에 해당된다고 할 수 있는 핵심이다. 이에 따라 창의적 문제해결법을 교과서에 적용해 창의적인 음악과 교수‧학습 모형을 연구해본다. 중‧고등학교 2007개정 교과서 중에서 교재를 선택하여, 그 안에 가창 중심, 기악 중심, 창작 중심, 감상 중심 영역에서 주제를 정해 창의적 문제해결법을 적용한 교수‧학습 모형을 구안해본다. 가창 중심, 기악 중심의 수업은 중학생 1학년을 대상으로 선택하여 활동 영역을 높이고, 창작 중심, 감상 중심의 수업은 고등학생 1학년을 대상으로 자신의 독창적인 생각을 더 많이 표현하는 심화된 수업으로 설계한다. 실제 학교 교육 현장에서 교사들이 실천해볼 수 있도록 구체화하고, 학생들이 음악 수업에 즐거움을 가지고 자발적으로 참여할 수 있도록 지도방법을 연구하여, 학생들의 적극적인 음악 활동과 독창성을 길러주는데 도움이 될 것이다.| Today's knowledge and information society is constantly changing with a vast amount of information being produced and expired. In response to the rapidly changing times, many countries around the world have been conducting research on creativity. Music education also needs to conduct research on creativity enhancement with various methods. Recognizing such a need, this study set out to devise a teaching and learning model to help the students develop their creativity in the music subject. First, literature study was carried out to examine the concepts and elements of creativity, the thinking methods designed to improve creativity, educational methods for creativity cultivation, and manifestation of creativity in music education. Creative problem solving is the essence of creativity development program as a method of increasing creativity. In the study, the investigator applied creative problem solving to textbooks and investigated a creative music teaching and learning model. The investigator also choose teaching materials in the middle and high school textbooks of the Revised Curriculum of 2007, picked topics in the areas of singing, instrumental music, creation, and appreciation, and devised a teaching and learning model by applying creative problem solving. The singing- and instrumental music-based lessons targeted seventh graders, and the creation- and appreciation-based lessons did tenth graders. The study provides a set of instructional methods that are specific enough for teachers to practice in school and encourage the students to take happy and voluntary part in music lessons, thus helping the students engage in active music activities and originality cultivation.
