전통문화를 적용한 태교 콘텐츠 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 전통사회에서의‘태교’의 현대적 함의(含意)를 조명함과 동시에, 현대의 태교실태를 살펴보고, 전통문화를 활용하여 현대에 유용하게 활용 될 수 있는 태교 콘텐츠모형을 구안하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 세 가지의 연구문제를 기준으로 전개하였다. 첫째, 전통태교의 현대적 함의와 현행태교의 실태를 파악한다. 둘째, 전통문화와 태교와의 연계성을 탐색한다. 셋째, 전통문화를 적용한 태교 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 연구방법은 문헌고찰과 내용분석으로 진행되었다. 문헌고찰은 전통태교에 관한 고문헌을 토대로 이루어졌으며, 이를 바탕으로 전통태교의 현대적 함의를 논하였다. 내용분석은 태교서적, 태교 프로그램, 태교 온라인 커뮤니티, 선행연구조사 등으로 나누어 실태 조사를 바탕으로 이루어졌다. 이러한 문헌고찰과 실태조사에 근거한 내용분석을 토대로 세 부분 즉, 교육고전과 태교, 예술문화와 태교, 생활문화와 태교로 구분하여 전통문화와 태교의 연계성을 탐색하였다. 탐색 결과를 기초로 전통문화를 적용한 태교 콘텐츠를 구안하였다. 이와 같이 전개한 본 논문의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전통태교에서는 부성태교와 모성태교, 가족태교를 중요시 했으며, 부성태교에서는 아버지로서의 심신의 건강과 부성태교의 중요성을 강조했고, 모성태교로는 마음가짐과 언행주의, 음식과 의복의 절제를, 가족태교로는 임부를 위하여 도움을 줄 것을 강조했음을 알 수 있었다. 전통태교의 현대적 함의는 조기교육으로서의 가치, 생명존중 사상의 강조, 부부와 가족 공동의 책임, 전인적 통합교육으로서의 가치 등으로 구분하여 논의하였다. 둘째, 현대태교 실태조사 결과, 태교 프로그램으로는 예술문화 중심의 태교 인문 중심의 태교, 박물관 중심의 태교 등 다양한 태교 프로그램이 있었다. 태교서적은 태교백과사전격의 가이드북과 육아백과 등을 비롯하여, 태교 동화, 태교 그림책, 태교 뜨개질, 태교일기, 육아경험서 등이 있다. 태교와 관련된 온라인 커뮤니티는 수천에서 수만에 이르는 회원을 확보하고 있으며, 태교에 대한 다양한 정보를 제공하고 있고, 기업과 연계한 산모교실을 운영하고 있다. 태교연구 실태를 보면, 전통태교연구로는 태교의 교육적 가치와 의미를 강조한 연구가 주류를 이루었고, 현대태교 연구로는 태교프로그램개발연구를 비롯하여 태교에 대한 인식과 실천연구, 태교에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구, 태교 관련 온라인과 오프라인의 콘텐츠 연구 등 다양한 내용으로 이루어지고 있다. 셋째, 전통문화와 태교의 연계성에 대한 탐색은 교육고전과 태교, 예술문화와 태교, 생활문화와 태교로 구분하여 이루어졌다. 각각 전통교훈서, 한국화, 국악, 차문화, 음식, 침선, 공간과 연계하여 태교 콘텐츠 구안의 가능성을 제시하였다. 넷째, 전통문화를 적용한 태교 콘텐츠는 전통문화 영역별 태교 콘텐츠와 전퉁문화 영역 간 복합 태교 콘텐츠로 구안하였다. 전통문화를 적용한 태교 콘텐츠 모형은 다음과 같은 목표와 세부목표로 이루어졌다. 즉 궁극적 목적은‘건강한 아기를 낳기 위한 부모와 가족의 기원과 노력을 실천하다’는 데에 두었고, 세부적인 목표는 임신 전 부모로서 건강한 심신을 갖고 아기를 기원하는 마음을 갖는 것과 태아를 위해 부모로서의 몸가짐과 마음가짐을 비롯하여 섭생에 유의하면서 좋은 환경 마련하기, 그리고 가족이 함께 관심과 주의를 기울이며 태교에 임하는 것을 실현할 수 있도록 하였다. 전통문화 영역별 태교 콘텐츠는 교훈서, 국악과 한국화, 차명상, 생활문화 교육콘텐츠 등을 제각각 태교에 연결하여 적용하였다. 그리고 전통문화 영역 간 복합 태교 콘텐츠는 부부태교로는 임신 전, 임신 중 태교로 제시하였고, 가족태교는 임신 중 태교로 제시하여, 각 회기별로 1시간 30분정도의 교육시간을 적용하도록 하였다. 그리고 콘텐츠는 각 주제와 회기별 교육자료 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 맺은 결론 및 제언으로는 첫째, 본 연구는 전통문화를 적용한 태교 콘텐츠를 구안하였다는 점에 의의를 두었으며. 둘째는 구안된 태교 콘텐츠가 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 셋째는 태교 콘텐츠 구안을 기초로 하여 지속되어야 할 후속 연구를 제안 하였고, 넷째는 교육대상자를 고려하여 태교 콘텐츠를 다양하게 구안할 필요성에 대하여 제시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 전통문화와 태교에 대한 가치와 중요성이 확대될 수 있을 것을 기대한다. |The purpose of this study is to examine the modern implications of 'prenatal education' in traditional society, to examine the present condition of modern prenatal education, and to make a model of a prenatal education that can be used in present age. In order to achieve the research purpose, three research problems were developed. First, it is to grasp the modern implications of the traditional prenatal education and the reality of the current one. Second, it is to explore the connection between traditional culture and prenatal education. Third, it is to propose the prenatal education that applies traditional culture. The research was progressed in literature review and content analysis. Literature review was based on the old literature on traditional prenatal education, and based on it, the modern implications of the traditional prenatal education was discussed. Content analysis was based on the investigation of the status of current prenatal education. The research on the actual condition was divided into prenatal education book, prenatal education program, prenatal education online community, and preliminary research, based on that, contents were analyzed. Based on the literature review and contents analysis based on the survey, the relationship between traditional culture and prenatal education was searched with classification of education classics and prenatal education, arts & culture and prenatal education, and living culture and prenatal education, centering around the preliminary research data respectively. Based on the results of the search, prenatal education contents, which applied traditional culture, was designed. The results of this study are as follows. First, traditional prenatal education emphasized the paternity prenatal education, maternity prenatal education, and family prenatal education. The paternity prenatal education emphasized the mental and physical health and the importance of paternity prenatal education, the maternity prenatal education, warning of mental attitude and speech and behavior, moderation of food and clothing, and the family prenatal education, assistance to pregnant women. The modern implications of traditional prenatal education are divided into the value as early education, the emphasis on respect for life, the responsibility of married couple and family, and the value as holistic integrated education. Second, the survey on actual condition of modern prenatal education showed that there are various prenatal education programs including arts & culture-centered prenatal education, humanity-centered prenatal education, and museum-centered prenatal education. The book of prenatal education includes guidebooks just like the encyclopedia of prenatal education, child rearing encyclopedia, prenatal education fairy tales, prenatal education picture books, prenatal education knitting, prenatal education diaries, and child rearing experience books etc. The online community related to prenatal education has thousands to tens of thousands of members, provides various information on prenatal education, and operates a maternity classroom linked to companies. The research on prenatal education includes one that emphasizes the educational value and meaning of prenatal education that is mainstream, and the research on modern prenatal education includes the research on the development of prenatal education program, the research on the perception and practice of prenatal education, the research on variables that influence prenatal education, and the research on the prenatal education-related online and offline contents. Third, the search for the connection between traditional culture and prenatal education was divided into educational classics and prenatal education, arts & culture and prenatal education, and life culture and prenatal education. Each category was linked to traditional lesson book, Korean painting, Korean traditional music, tea culture, food, needlework and space, presenting the possibility of designing prenatal education contents. Lastly, prenatal education contents applying traditional culture are designed as prenatal education contents by areas of traditional culture and complex prenatal education contents in between areas of traditional culture. The prenatal education contents model that applies traditional culture was composed of the following goals and detailed goals. The ultimate goal is to 'practice the petition and efforts of the parents and the family to give birth to a healthy baby'. The detailed goals are to wish to have a healthy mind and body as parents and give birth to a healthy baby, to provide a good environment being careful of preparing mental attitude as parents, and to take care and pay attention together with family members. As for prenatal education contents by areas of traditional culture, the lesson book, Korean traditional music and painting, tea meditation, and life culture education contents were linked to prenatal education and applied respectively. As for complex prenatal education contents in between areas of traditional culture, pre-pregnancy and during-pregnancy prenatal education were presented as married couple's prenatal education, and during-pregnancy prenatal education was presented as family prenatal education, each session having one and half an hour of education time. And the contents presented each subject and educational material for session. Followings are the results of this study. First, the significance of this study is in that it has designed a prenatal education content that applies traditional culture. Second, it suggested a way to utilize the designed prenatal education contents. Third, it proposed a follow-up study which should be continued based on the prenatal education contents. Lastly, it suggested the necessity to design diverse prenatal education contents considering the subject of education. Through this process, it is expected to expand the value and importance of traditional culture and prenatal education.
