음악교과 교육평가 영역 석사학위 논문 연구동향 분석

Abstract

이 연구는 2009년부터 2019년까지 발표된 음악교과 교육평가 영역 석사학위 논문 58편의 연구동향을 분석하여 음악교육 및 평가의 방향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 한국교육학술정보원과 국회도서관에 등재된 논문을 중심으로 연구 대상을 수집하였고, 수집한 논문은 문헌 연구를 통해 정립한 분류기준에 따라 내용영역별, 연구대상별, 연구방법별, 연구주제별로 분류하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내용영역별 연구동향 분석에서는 표현 영역이 21편(36.2%), 음악 요소 및 개념의 이해 영역이 12편(20.6%), 감상 영역이 4편(6.8%)으로 집계되었다. 생활화 영역에 대한 연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 표현 영역에 관한 연구를 세분하면 기악, 가창, 창작 활동에 대한 연구가 각각 11편, 6편, 4편으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구대상별 연구동향 분석에서는 전체 논문의 과반수인 30편(51.7%)이 중학생을 대상으로 한 연구였으며, 초등학생 대상의 연구가 13편(22.8%), 고등학생 대상의 연구가 11편(18.9%), 유아를 대상으로 한 연구가 1편(1.7%)이었다. 셋째, 연구방법별 연구동향 분석에서는 연구방법을 중복하여 진행한 논문들을 포함하여 총 72회의 논문을 분석하였다. 그 결과 문헌 연구 논문이 38회(52.7%)로 과반이었고, 양적 연구 논문은 21회(29.1%), 질적 연구 논문은 13회(18.0%)로 나타났다. 문헌 연구만으로 진행한 논문은 주로 평가 도구나 평가지를 개발하는 등 평가방안에 관한 연구를 하였지만, 실제 수업에 적용하지는 못하였다. 넷째, 연구주제별 연구동향 분석에서는 평가 도구 개발 관련 연구가 34편(58.6%)으로 1위, 교수학습 전략으로써 평가를 활용한 연구가 12편(20.6%)으로 2위, 평가에 대한 인식 및 실태에 관한 연구가 8편(13.7%)으로 3위를 차지했다. 그 외 평가 도구에 대한 검증, 평가를 활용한 조사, 교과서 및 프로그램에 대한 평가 관련 논문은 모두 2편(3.4%) 씩 연구되었다.| The purpose of this study is to find out the direction of music education and evaluation by analyzing the research trends of 58 master's thesis in the area of music education evaluation published from 2009 to 2019. To this end, research subjects were collected based on the papers listed in the Korea Educational Academic Information Service and the National Assembly Library. The collected papers were classified by content area, research object, research method, and research subject according to the classification criteria established through literature research. The results were analyzed. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, in the analysis of research trends by content area, 21 areas (36.2%) of expression areas, 12 areas of understanding of music elements and concepts (20.6%), and 4 areas of appreciation (6.8%) were counted. No research has been conducted on the area of life. When the study on the expression area was subdivided and analyzed, there were 11, 6, and 4 studies on instrumental music, singing, and creative activities, respectively. Second, in the analysis of research trends by research subjects, 30 (51.7%), the majority of all papers, were studies for middle school students. 13 studies for elementary school students (22.8%), and 11 studies for high school students (18.9%). Followed by one study (1.7%) for infants. Third, in the research trend analysis by research method, a total of 72 papers were analyzed, including papers that duplicated the research method. As a result, 38 (52.7%) of literature research papers were more than half, 21 (29.1%) quantitative research papers, and 13 (18.0%) qualitative research papers. Thesis, which was conducted only by literature research, mainly studied evaluation methods, such as developing evaluation tools and evaluation sheets, but it was not applied to practical classes. Fourth, in the research trend analysis by research topic, 34 research tools related to evaluation tool development (58.6%) ranked first, and 12 research studies utilizing evaluation as a teaching and learning strategy (20.6%) ranked second. The study on 3rd place was ranked 8 (13.7%). In addition, 2 articles (3.4%) were studied for the evaluation of evaluation tools, research using evaluation, and evaluation papers for textbooks and programs.
