애착불안이 관계중독에 미치는 영향 : 자기개념명확성과 외로움의 순차매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 애착불안이 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자, 애 착불안과 관계중독의 관계에서 자기개념 명확성과 외로움이 매개효과를 가 지는지 검증하였다. 구체적으로 애착불안과 관계중독의 관계를 자기개념 명 확성과 외로움이 각각 매개하는지, 이에 더하여 두 변인이 순차적으로 매개 하는지 검증하였다. 이를 위해 만 19세에서 34세 성인 360명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 성인애착 척도, 관계중독 척도, 자기개념 명확성 척도, 외로움 척도를 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 애착불안과 자기개념 명확성, 외로움, 관계중독은 모두 유의한 상관을 보였 다. 둘째, 애착불안과 관계중독 간의 관계에서 직접효과는 유의한 것으로 나 타났다. 셋째, 애착불안과 관계중독의 관계에서 자기개념 명확성은 유의하게 매개효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 애착불안과 관계중독의 관계에서 외로움은 유의미한 매개효과를 보이지 않았다. 마지막으로, 애착불안과 관계 중독의 관계에서 자기개념 명확성과 외로움의 순차매개는 유의하지 않은 것 으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여, 애착불안부터 관계중독에 이르는 기제와 경로를 확인하고, 이를 통하여 애착불안 수준이 높은 청년기에 해당하는 사 람이 관계중독으로 인한 어려움을 호소하는 경우, 이들의 자기개념 명확성 수준에 개입하는 것이 효과적인 상담 방안이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.|The purpose of this study was to investigate whether self-concept clarity and loneliness serve as sequential mediators between attachment anxiety and relationship addiction. To achieve this, an analysis was conducted on 360 adults aged 19 to 34 and analyzed using Adult attachment Questionnaire, Relationship Addiction Questionnaire, Self-concept clarity Questionnaire and Loneliness Questionnaire. The findings are as follows. First, attachment anxiety, relationship addiction, self-concept clarity and loneliness had significant correlations between one another. Second, in the mediating model of attachment anxiety andrelationship addiction, the direct effect was statistically significant. Third, self-concept clariy was found to significantly mediate the relationship between attachment anxiety and relationship addiction. Fourth, it was found that loneliness did not significantly mediate the relationship between attachment anxiety and relationship addiction. Fifth, it was found that the sequential mediation effects of self-concept clarity and loneliness were not significant in the relationship between attachment anxiety and relationship addiction. This study is valuable as it provided foundational data on the mechanism and path from attachmnet to relationship addiction, suggesting that it is necessary to intervene in the level of self-concept clarity when consulting the problem of relationship addiction of people with attachment anxiety.
