불안정 성인애착과 대인관계문제 간의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 불안정 성인애착과 대인관계문제 관계에 있어서 자비불안이 매개하는지 살펴보고, 자비불안과 대인관계문제 간 관계가 적응적 혹은 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략에 따라 어떻게 조절되는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 19세에서 만 39세의 성인 426명을 대상으로 성인애착, 대인관계문제, 자비불안, 인지적 정서조절전략 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 변인들 간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 불안애착, 회피애착, 대인관계문제, 자비불안, 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략 간의 유의한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 불안애착과 대인관계문제, 회피애착과 대인관계문제 간의 직접효과가 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 불안애착과 대인관계문제 간의 관계 및 회피애착과 대인관계문제 간의 관계에서 자비불안이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 불안애착, 자비불안과 대인관계문제 간의 관계와 회피애착, 자비불안과 대인관계문제 간의 관계를 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략이 부분적으로 완화 혹은 심화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 불안애착, 자비불안과 대인관계문제 간의 관계와 회피애착, 자비불안과 대인관계문제 간의 관계에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 조절된 매개효과는 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 대인관계의 어려움을 지니고 있는 불안정 성인애착 유형의 성인을 상담할 때 이들의 자비불안감을 함께 다뤄야함을 시사하며, 특히 인지적 정서조절전략 가운데 수용과 계획 다시 생각하기 전략을 사용하도록 하는 것이 이들의 대인관계 문제를 완화시킬 수 있음을 시사한다.| This study attempted to examine whether fears of compassion mediates the relationship between insecure adult attachment and interpersonal problems, and to see how the relationship between fears of compassion and Interpersonal problems is regulated according to adaptive or maladaptive cognitive emotional control strategies. To this end, a survey was conducted on 426 adults aged 19 to 39 using adult attachment, interpersonal problems, fears of compassion, and cognitive emotion regulation strategy measures. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of examining the relationship between major variables, there was a significant correlation between anxiety attachment, avoidance attachment, interpersonal problem, fears of compassion, adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy, and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy. Second, the direct effects between anxiety attachment and interpersonal problems, avoidance attachment and interpersonal problems were all significant. Third, it was found that fears of compassion partially mediated in the relationship between anxiety attachment and interpersonal relationship problems and the relationship between avoidance attachment and interpersonal problems. Fourth, it was found that the adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy partially alleviates or intensifies the relationship between anxiety attachment, fears of compassion, and interpersonal problems and avoidance attachment, fears of compassion, and interpersonal problems. Finally, the moderated mediation effect of the maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy was not significant in the relationship between anxiety attachment, fears of compassion, and interpersonal problems and avoidance attachment, fears of compassion, and interpersonal problems. These results suggest that clients’ adult attachment type should be handled together in the counseling scene, and the counselor can present acceptance and planning strategies when they experience interpersonal problems.
