미용학원 훈련생의 근무형태에 따른 직무만족도 연구
- Abstract
- Due to women’s increased social activities and power and changing life style, their desire to maintain beauty has also risen; they become more interested in beauty care and appearances and focus on relaxing life. Against this backdrop, beauty care industry has drawn public attention as a important professional area.
This paper conducted a poll on beauty jobs among beauty trainees in Daejeon and Chungnam Province from March 20 to April 3. Out of 400 papers distributed, 356 papers that have been fully filled in were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. The result of analysis is as follows.
