내현적 자기애가 관계중독에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 내현적 자기애가 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자, 내현적 자기애와 관계중독의 관계에서 정신화와 무조건적 자기수용이 매개효과를 가지는지 검증하였다. 구체적으로 내현적 자기애와 관계중독의 관계를 정신화와 무조건적 자기수용이 각각 매개효과를 보이는지, 나아가 두 변인이 순차적으로 매개효과를 보이는지 검증하였다. 이를 위해 만 19세에서 만 39세 성인 440명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 내현적 자기애 척도, 관계중독 척도, 정신화 척도, 무조건적 자기수용 척도를 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내현적 자기애, 관계중독, 정신화, 무조건적 자기수용은 모두 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정신화는 내현적 자기애와 관계중독의 관계를 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무조건적 자기수용은 내현적 자기애와 관계중독의 관계를 유의하게 매개하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내현적 자기애와 관계중독의 관계에서 정신화와 무조건적 자기수용의 순차매개는 유의하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 내현적 자기애로부터 관계중독에 이르는 기제와 경로를 확인하고 이에 대한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 내현적 자기애를 지닌 사람들의 관계중독 문제를 상담할 때 이들의 정신화 수준에 개입할 필요성이 있음을 시사한다.|In order to find out the factors affecting Relationship Addiction, this study verified whether Mentalization and Unconditional Self-Acceptance have a mediating effect in the relationship between Covert Narcissism and Relationship Addiction. Specifically, it was verified whether Mentalization and Unconditional Self-Acceptance mediate the relationship between Covert Narcissism and Relationship Addiction, and furthermore, whether the two variables mediate sequentially. To this study, data were collected on 440 adults aged 19 to 39, and analyzed using Covert Narcissism Scale, Relationship Addiction Questionnaire, Mentalization Questionnaire, and Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that Covert Narcissism, Relationship Addiction, Mentalization, and Unconditional Self-Acceptance all had a significant correlation. Second, Mentalization was found to significantly mediate the relationship between Covert Narcissism and Relationship Addiction. Third, it was found that Unconditional Self-Acceptance did not significantly mediate the relationship between Covert Narcissism and Relationship Addiction. Fourth, it was confirmed that the sequential mediation of Mentalization and Unconditional Self-Acceptance was not significant in the relationship between Covert Narcissism and Relationship Addiction. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data on the mechanism and path from Covert Narcissism to Relationship Addiction, suggesting that it is necessary to intervene in the level of Mentalization when consulting the problem of Relationship Addiction of people with Covert Narcissism.
