건강장애아동 음악치료에 대한 소아 청소년 관련 전문의들의 인식도 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 건강장애아동의 음악치료에 대하여 소아 청소년 관련 전문의들의 인식도를 알아보는 데 있다. 연구자가 직접 구성한 설문 문항을 내과, 소아청소년과, 가정의학과 전문의들로, 전체 152명에게 설문지를 배포 및 수거하였다. 연구 결과 첫 번째, 건강장애아동의 음악치료 인지도에서 전체 전문의들 중 13.82%가 서적과 논문으로, 5.29%가 세션 참관으로, 22.37%가 세미나 강의로, 25%가 유튜브로, 7.9%가 주변에 음악치료를 받거나 음악치료사 지인으로 음악치료를 접하였다고 보고하였다. 그러나 전체 중 63.15%의 전문의들이 자신의 담당 환아에게 음악치료를 추천하겠다고 하였다. 건강장애아동의 음악치료 인지도 조사에서 나온 평균을 기준으로 고인식, 저인식그룹 별로 나누어 이해도와 기대도를 비교해보았다. 그룹별 비교에서 고인식그룹이 저인식그룹보다 이해도와 기대도의 평균이 높았다. 그러나 이해도 문항에서는 고인식과 저인식 집단 간 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으나 세부 문항 중 ‘내 분야와 관련시켜 음악치료에 대해 자세히 알고 싶다’에서만 고인식과 저인식 집단 간 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p< .05). 기대도 문항에서는 고인식과 저인식 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p< .05). 두 번째, 음악치료가 어떠한 질병에 효과적일 것 같은가라는 질문에 첫 번째, 백혈병 및 소아암, 두 번째, 뇌전증, 세 번째로는 심장장애 순으로 나타났다. 또한 음악치료가 어떠한 영역에서 효과적으로 작용할 것 같은가에 대해서는 첫 번째, 스트레스 완화, 두 번째, 부정적 정서 완화, 세 번째로는 통증 완화 순으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 전문의들의 주관서술 중 공통적인 키워드를 추출하여 분석한 결과 ‘건강장애아동의 병리적, 심리적 특성에 맞는 음악치료 중재 기대’, ‘음악치료사의 아동의 질환에 대한 사전 숙지 및 이해 필요’, ‘아동을 대하는 음악치료사의 태도’, ‘환아를 위해 함께 소통하고 협력하고자 하는 의지’, ‘음악치료에 대한 우려’로 나타났다.| The purpose of this study is to examine the awareness of children and adolescents related medical specialists regarding music therapy for children with health disabilities. The questionnaires composed by the researcher were distributed and collected to a total of 152 people, including internal medicine, pediatrics, and family medicine specialists. As a result of the study, first, 13.82% of all medical specialists in music therapy awareness of children with health disabilities were books and thesis, 5.29% watched sessions, 22.37% went to seminar lectures, 25% to YouTube, and 7.9% reported that they received music therapy from their around or had encountered music therapy as an acquaintance of a music therapist. However, 63.15% of the total specialists said that they would recommend music therapy to their children. With the average derived from the survey on the awareness of music therapy for children with health disabilities, the degree of understanding and expectation were compared by dividing them into high and low awareness groups. In comparison by group, the high-awareness group had higher average understanding and expectation than the low-awareness group. However, in the understanding question, there was no statistically significant difference between the high and low awareness groups, but among the detailed questions, only 'I want to know more about music therapy related to my field' was a statistically significant difference between the high and low awareness groups(p< .05). There was a statistically significant difference between the high and low awareness groups in the expectation question(p< .05). Second, when asked what diseases music therapy is likely to be effective for, the first, leukemia and childhood cancer, second, epilepsy, and third, heart disorder appeared in the order. Also, regarding the areas in which music therapy is likely to work effectively, the first, stress relief, second, negative emotion relief, and third, pain relief were shown in order. Third, as a result of analyzing and extracting common keywords from the subjective descriptions of specialists, 'Expectation for music therapy intervention suitable for pathological and psychological characteristics of children with health disabilities', 'Music therapists need to know and understand children's diseases in advance' , 'music therapist's attitude towards children', 'willingness to communicate and cooperate for sick children', and 'concerns about music therapy'.
