개인내적 정서 변산성과 직무만족 및 삶의 만족과의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 개인내적 정서 변산성과 직무만족 및 삶의 만족 간의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 185명의 직장인들을 대상으로 일상재구성법을 이용하여 조사 전날 하루 동안의 에피소드와 그에 대한 정서 측정치를 얻었다. 정서 변산성 지수를 계산하기 위해서는 Moskowitz와 Zuroff(2004)가 제안한 공식을 적용하였다. 강도 변산성과 질적 변산성은 핵심정서 좌표 상에서 나타낼 수 있는 평균적인 정서의 강도 변화와 질적인 변화를 각각 의미하는 것이다. 연구 결과, 연구 참가자들이 근무시간에 긍정정서를 느끼는 편이었다. 정서의 변산성 지수들은 유인가 정서의 평균값과 직무만족 및 삶의 만족과 부적인 관련성을 보였다. 특히, 질적 변산성은 직무만족과 심리적 안녕감의 지표라고 할 수 있는 삶의 만족과 부적인 관련이 드러났다.|The goal of this study was to investigate the relationship between intraindividual affect variability and job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Using the "Day Reconstruction Method"(DRM), The author collected episodes and affective data of preceding day from a sample of 185 working people. To calculate affective variability indicators, we used the formula proposed by Moskowitz and Zuroff(2004). Pulse(intensity variability) and spin(quality variability) refer to variability about an individual's mean extremity and mean angular coordinate on the core affect. The results revealed that people generally feel positive affect in working time. Affect variability indicators were negatively related to average valence, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. Especially, quality variability(spin) was negatively related to job satisfaction and life satisfaction of indicators of psychological well-being.
