Chopin was one of the greatest pianist called as 'Poet of Piano' of all times, who created a lot of great musical pieces. He was the best at improvisation and established new style of piano music by developing unknown new potentials of piano and applying high level of skill.
< Ballad No. 4 in F minor, Op.52> was originally composed in sonana, in which he employed the free variation and extension rather than the previous rigorous composition or format. The entire composition in show the consequentially integrated beauty in which one theme and four variations lead important structural flow. In addition, variations transform the them under the free style of counterpoint, while the final coda uses all different third theme to lead in more gorgeous and dramatic way, which differentiates with the previous type of sonata format.
