Bela Bartok의 Mikrokomos에 대한 연구

Abstract

<미크로코스모스(Mikrokosmos)>는 20세기 헝가리의 작곡가이자 피아노 연주자인 벨라 바르톡(Béla Bartók, 1881-1945)이 피아노 학습 교재를 목적으로 작곡한 작품집이다. 현재 피아노 현장에서 사용 되고 있는 많은 피아노 교본이 고전 시대와 낭만 시대의 화성에만 뿌리를 두고 있는 점에 비해 <미크로코스모스>는 현대음악의 기법으로 작곡된 피아노 교본으로 피아노의 초보 단계부터 연주회용 소품에 이르기까지 153곡을 단계별로 수록하고 있다. <미크로코스모스>는 학생의 능력과 개성에 따라 다양한 선택이 가능하며, 한 가지의 음악적 표현이나 기교상의 문제점 해결을 위해 다양한 곡을 수록하고 있는 등 많은 장점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 바르톡의 피아노 작품과 <미크로코스모스>의 악곡 구성을 알아보고 <미크로코스모스>가 지닌 교본으로서의 특징과 테크닉의 효과적인 활용 방안을 연구하였다. 악곡 구성의 연구 방법으로 <미크로코스모스>의 특징들을 이루는 형식 구조와 새롭고 다양한 리듬 형태, 선법적인 선율선, 다조성(polytonality), 충돌적이고 불협화적인 화성에 대해 분석하였으며 테크닉의 연구 방법으로는 터치, 손가락의 독립, 손의 위치, 페달의 훈련으로 나누어 적절한 악곡을 곁들인 연습방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문의 <미크로코스모스>에 대한 연구가 현대적 피아노 기법을 연마하며, 바르톡에 대한 이해를 높이는데 도움이 되리라 본다.|<Mikrokosmos> is the work that was composed by Béla Bartók who is a composer and pianist of Hungry in the 20th Century. He composed it for the purpose of a teaching material for piano which has systematic and modern sense. Most music scores for children chosen by piano teachers are oriented toward the functional harmony of the classical and romantic ages, but <Mikrokosmos> is a piano textbook composed with techniques of modern music. It organizes 153 pieces from the stages for beginners to short concerts. The strongest point of <Mikrokosmos> is that it collects variable tunes and allows teachers to select music according to each student's ability as well as their individuality. It is highly valued as a musical guide for the practice of modern musical expression. In this study, I researched Bartók's piano work and composition of musical piece and studied the characteristics of <Mikrokosmos> effective programs for using the technique. As the methodology of research of the musical piece, I analyzed form-structure, new and diverse rhythm forms, modal melodies, polytonality and dissonant harmony which are comprised of characteristic of <Mikrokosmos>. As the methodology of research of technique, I suggested training methods that are divided into touch, fingering, hand position, and pedaling. Throughout analyzing Bartók's <Mikrokosmos>, this study will help to train the modern piano technique and improve understanding of Bartók.
