2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 음악 교과서 기악 학습 내용 분석

Abstract

이 연구는 중학교 2015 개정 교육과정을 기반으로 중학교 음악교과서 14종에서 제시된 각 악기들의 특성에 맞는 학습내용과 제재곡을 분석하여 기악 수업을 위한 참고자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 음악 교육과정에 의한 중학교 표현영역에서 제시된 ‘자세와 연주법’을 기준으로 분석하였으며, 각 악기의 특성에 따른 분석기준 표를 토대로 18종의 가락악기와 리듬악기를 분석하였다. 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 음악교과서 내 악기별 학습내용과 제재곡의 연주형태를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 표현 영역에 수록된 악기는 서양악기가 57.4% 한국악기가 42%,로 15%의 차이가 있으며, 서양악기에서의 가락악기와 리듬악기는 77.8% : 22.2%, 한국악기는 65% : 35%로 리듬악기보다 가락악기에 비중을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 각 악기의 학습내용 분석 결과, 교과서 마다 충분히 제시되지 않은 악기는 가야금, 소리북, 젬베, 카혼, 해금, 붐웨커, 핸드벨이며, 기타와 피아노는 자세보다 손가락 주법이 제시되고, 장구와 드럼은 자세와 더불어 양손의 타법에 대한 학습 내용이 부족한 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 지문으로 이해하기 어려운 자세와 연주법의 내용을 쉽게 전달하고 있는 교과서들이 있었다. 리코더와 오카리나의 텅잉 주법, 단소와 소금의 취구의 위치와 입김의 방향, 기타와 우쿨렐레의 스트로크 주법 자세, 운지를 짚는 자세 등 시각자료인 사진과 삽화, 악보가 그 사례에 해당된다. 넷째, 악기별 제재곡의 분석 결과, 독주제재곡은 악기 종류에 따른 한정된 장르의 곡과 특정 제재곡 만을 제시하고 있다. 합주 형태의 제재곡은 한국악기 합주곡 보다 서양악기 합주곡에 편중된 현상을 띄고 있으며, 서양악기가 주로 사용되어 균형을 이루지 못하고 있다. 끝으로 이 연구를 통하여 기악 수업 및 추후 교과서 편찬에 있어 기악영역의 자료로 활용되기를 바라며 학생들에게 보다 나은 기악 수업을 제공해 줄 수 있도록 다양한 학습방안이 마련되기를 바란다. |The purpose of this study is to provide reference materials for instrumental classes based on the 2015 Revised Curriculum for middle school by analyzing the learning contents and the musical pieces suitable for the characteristics of each instrument presented in those 14 music textbooks for middle school. For this purpose, the analyze was carried out referring to the 'playing postures & methods' presented in the expression section of middle school by the music curriculum and 18 kinds of melodic instruments and rhythmic instruments were analyzed on the basis of the table of analysis criterion according to the characteristics of each instrument. The results from analysis on the learning contents by each instrument and the playing postures of musical pieces in those music textbooks according to the 2015 Revised Curriculum are as follows: First, there is a difference by 15% in the instruments contained in the expression section, as 57.4% of western instruments and 42% of Korean instruments, and it shows to put more weight on melodic instruments than rhythmic instruments, as the ratio of melodic instruments to rhythmic instruments was 77.8% to 22.2% in western instruments, while it was 65% to 35% in Korean instruments. Second, as the results from analysis of the learning contents of each instrument, it found that the instruments not sufficiently presented in each textbook were gayageum, soribuk, jembe, cajon, haegeum, boomwhacker, handbell, and that for guitar and piano, they were presented with fingering rather than of the posture, and for janggu and drum, they were remarkably lack of the posture as well as of both hands beating technique in the learning contents. Third, there were textbooks conveying the contents of postures and playing methods easily, which are difficult to understand by texts only. The related examples are those photographs, illustrations, and musical notes as visual materials, such as tongue-in technique of recorder & ocarina, the position of mouthpiece and the direction of breath of danso & sogeum, as well as the stroking and fingering posture of guitar & ukulele, etc. Fourth, as the results from analysis on musical pieces by instruments, solo musical pieces present the ones of limited genre and some specific ones only according to the kinds of instruments. For ensemble pieces, it shows to concentrate more on the ones with western instruments than on the ones with Korean instruments, and since western instruments are mostly used, it does not make the balance. Finally, it expects that through this study, the results will be used as a material for the section of instrumental music in instrumental classes as well as later compilation of textbooks, and also helpful for arrangements of various learning methods so to provide students with better instrumental classes.
