2007 개정 교육과정에 의한 7학년 음악교과서의 국악내용 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 2007 개정 교육과정에 의해 개편된 중학교 1학년 8종 교과서의 내용 가운데 국악내용을 분석하였다. 연구의 목적은 국악내용을 영역별, 제재곡, 학습활동별로 조사하고 개정 교과서의 장·단점을 분석함으로써 효율적인 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구의 방법은 국악내용에 대한 분석기준을 만들어 제시하였고, 제시한 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 또한, 음악 교과서에서 국악이 차지하는 비중과 각 영역의 활동, 교육과정에서 제시한 국악에 해당하는 내용이 개정 교과서에 충실히 반영되었는지 알아보았다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 8종 교과서 분석 결과 국악내용이 전체내용의 32.80%를 차지하였다. 둘째, 각 영역의 비중을 보았을 때 평균적으로 가창이 가장 많았고, 이해, 기악, 감상, 창작, 생활화의 순으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 이해영역의 분석 결과 국악의 기초적인 이론을 골고루 반영하고 있었다. 넷째, 가창영역은 수록된 곡 수, 장단, 지역에 따른 분포는 편차가 있었으나 가창곡의 장르는 민요, 창작국악곡, 잡가, 단가 등으로 다양해진 것을 볼 수 있었다. 다섯째, 창작영역은 대부분의 교과서에서 메기는소리의 가사 바꾸기, 변형장단 만들기, 민요음계로 작곡하기의 내용이 대부분으로 활동이 다양하지 못했다. 여섯째, 생활화 영역은 많은 내용을 포함하지 않았고 제시된 내용이 미미하였다. 결론적으로 국악의 질적인 증가는 이루어졌지만 아직까지 창작, 기악, 생활화의 내용과 다양한 학습활동이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 차후의 교과서 개편 시 창의성과 생활화, 몸으로 체득할 수 있는 국악 학습 내용이 제시되어야 할 것이다.

|The following research has analyzed about Korean classical music on 8types of textbooks for the 1st grade of Middle school, which was reformed in 2007. The purpose of this research is to provide effective basic information by analyzing the merits and demerits of reformed textbooks, and to research the contents of Korean traditional music based on its field, song, and learning activity. The method of the research is based on suggesting the standard of the analysis about the contents of Korean traditional music. Also, have inquired whether if the contents of Korean traditional music suggested by the education process, and the constitution of the importance and activities on each fields of Korean classical music on the music textbook are applied with fulfillment. The result of the research is as follows. First, by analyzing the 8types of textbooks, the possession of Korean traditional music was 32.80% out of total. Second, by looking at the weight of each field, the vocal possessed the most, and the following field was theory of music, instrumental music, listening, composing, and application of life, average. Third, according to the result of analysis on comprehension field, it applied the foundation theories of Korean traditional music evenly. Fourth, the distribution on singing field based on the numbers of songs, rhythm, and region had some deviation, but the genre showed variety with folk songs, creative Korean traditional music, Japga, and Danga. Fifth, the composing field showed only small variety by showing majority of changing the lyrics of call & responsorial form, making transformed rhythm, and composing with folk song scale. Sixth, the way of life field didn't contain many contents and the suggested information was slight. In conclusion, the increase of the quality has been achieved, but the shortage on contents of composing, instrumental music and application of life and variety learning activities have appeared. Hence, when there is a reform of the textbooks afterwards, the learning contents about Korean traditional music based on creativity, way of life and allowing to learn with their body will be essential.
