효율적인 교육을 위한 자동응답 게시판 설계 및 구현

Abstract

웹 기반 교육은 전통적인 교육 방식과 달리 가장 짧?? 시간 내에 아주 방대한 정보를 넓은 지역까지 전달 할 수 있다. 즉 시간과 공간적 제약으로부터 많은 자유를 허용함으로써 학교 교육환경에서 학생과 교사간의 상호작용을 증진시키고 학습 자료를 좀 더 폭 넓게 공유 할 수 있는 많은 장점을 가지고 있다. 최근 웹 기반 교육이 발달하면서 학습자는 교수자와 의사소통을 위하여 웹이 제공하는 다양한 형태를 이용하여 상호작용을 한다. 웹 기반 교육에서 상호작용 수단으로 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 자유 게시판, 토론 게시판, 질의＆응답 게시판 등이 있지만 중복 질문에 대해 답글의 시간적 지연, 관리자의 중복 답변 등과 같은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 이유로 교수자와 학습자간에 피드백이 제대로 이루어지지 못하고 있어 상호작용의 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습관련 사이트를 선정하여 중복 질문 및 답글의 빈도수 현황 조사를 통해서 질의＆응답 게시판의 활용 정도를 알아보고, 기존 게시판의 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 반복되는 중복 질문에 대해 자동응답 처리가 가능한 게시판을 도입하고자 한다. 이 시스템의 구현을 통해서 관리자와 학습자의 부담을 줄이고, 학습자와 교수자간에 상호작용의 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 한다. 또한 빈도수가 높은 중복 질문을 FAQ에 적응적으로 갱신함으로서 학습자가 원하는 답변을 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 하며, 교수자는 학습자가 자주 요구하는 질문이 무엇인지 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 한다.|A web-based education can communicate a great deal of information to vast area with the fastest time while traditional education can't do that. So to speak, it has many strong points which makes more free states from under the constraint in a time and a space, so it improves reciprocal action between teachers and students in school education environment, and also improves widening common property of learning materials. As the web-based educations have been improving Nowadays, students interact with teachers for communication by use of variable web-supported programs. In the web-based education, interaction tools are generally used various forms, such as free bbs, discussion rooms, Q ＆ A, chat room. Behavioral theory insist that efficiency of learning will rates the highest degree while there provided feedback immediately. But it is too many problems such as overlapped questions which leads to delaying answer, administrator's overlapped reply, so that they cannot doing efficient works and uses. By reason of these problems, there is a lot of interaction problems which disturb feedback between teachers and students. In this study, I will take some education sites, and check a quota of Q ＆ A bbs make the use of overlapped reply and polls of reply, finally I'll suggest a new bbs that is capable of auto-reply process from overlapped reply for upgrading problems of the former bbs. With this system, administrators and students can reduce a burden, also can improve the efficiency of interaction between teachers and students. Moreover, modifying high-rated overlapped reply to FAQ suitable, students can even find an answer with more ease, and teachers can easily knows what the students want to know the answer.
