협동 학습을 통한 문학 교육 방법 연구 : 중1-1 소설 '옥상의 민들레꽃'을 중심으로

Abstract

기존의 문학 교육에 대한 반성으로 80년대 수용미학을 교육에 접목시키고자하는 시도가 일어났다. 여기에서 좀더 발전하여 독자 반응이론에 토대를 두고 있는 미국의 반응중심 문학 교육이 등장하였으나 지나친 주관주의적인 경향을 비판받기에 이른다. 본 연구에서 논의될 구성주의적 관점에서의 바람직한 학습자 중심 문학 교육이란 학생들이 자신의 흥미와 욕구를 바탕으로 스스로 인지적 · 정의적 발달을 위해 문학적 원리와 지식들을 학습하고, 그러한 원리와 지식을 바탕으로 문학 작품 감상에 필요한 기능과 방법들을 학습할 수 있는 문학 교육적 체제라고 할 수 있다. 구성주의 교육, 학습자 중심의 교육, 과정 중심의 교육과 함께 조명 받기 시작한 협동 학습은 기존의 교육과는 달리 거시적 관점에서 전인 교육을 목적으로 하면서도 미시적 관점에서 구체적 교수-학습 방법으로 실천된다는 측면에서 그 중요성을 인정받았다고 할 수 있다. 협동 학습이란 교사와 학생들이 좀 더 나은 방법으로 많은 것을 배우거나 학습을 즐기도록 하기 위해 연구 · 실천되는 학급 내 존재하는 집단을 중심으로 전개해 나가는 교수-학습 전략이다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점을 기본 바탕으로 하여 문학 영역, 그 중에서도 소설 장르의 교수-학습에 협동 학습을 실제로 적용해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 문학 교육을 위한 협동 학습을 효과적으로 이루어 내기 위해서 다음과 같은 연구 방법으로 논의를 전개하였다. 우선 Ⅱ-1에서 학습자 스스로 능동적으로 의미를 구성하는, 구성주의를 통해 협동 학습의 개념을 살펴보았다. Ⅱ-2에서는 협동 학습의 필요성을 구성주의적 관점과 현대 사회의 사회화 결핍현상, 그리고 새로운 경제 체제로의 변화 등 세 가지 측면에서 고찰하여 보았다. Ⅱ-3에서는 다양한 협동 학습의 수업 모형을 소개한 후 각 모형들의 특성을 알아보았다. 이중 CDP(Child Development Project : 아동 발달 프로그램 모형) 모형은 또래간의 상호 작용과 친사회성을 강조하는 대표적인 모형이라 할 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 협동 학습 모형 중 CDP 모형으로 소설 수업에 있?? 구체적인 학습자 중심의 지도 방법을 마련하여 협동 학습 가능성을 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 마지막으로 Ⅲ에서는 CDP 모형 적용의 의의 및 목적, 방법을 포함한 학습자 중심의 CDP 모형 활동과 교수-학습 방법을 나름대로 구안해 보고, 설문을 통한 협동 학습의 가능성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 협동 학습에 대한 기본적인 개념과 국어과에 적용할 수 있는 모형등을 살펴보는 것에서 시작하여, 나아가 이를 바탕으로 제7차 교육과정이 적용되고 있는 1학년 1학기 교과서의 7. '문학과 사회' 의 (3)' 옥상의 민들레꽃'을 제재로 하여, 실제 교수-학습에 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 모형의 설계와 교수-학습안을 작성하였다. 전체적으로 이 연구를 마치면서 협동 학습에 관한 더 많은 연구가 시급하다는 것을 느끼게 되었고, 앞으로의 과제가 많이 남았음을 느끼며 본 연구를 마친다.|There was an attempt to combine education with the 80's rezeptionsaesthetik (reception aesthetics) as a reflection on the existing literary education. The attempt developed into response-based literary education which is from reader-response theory but it reached critique of a distinct leaning toward subjectivism. The desirable student-centered education of literature in terms of constructivism to be discussed on this research treatise is an literary educational system that enables students to study literary principles and knowledge for development of acknowledgement and sentiment through their own interests and desire by themselves, and to learn functions and methodologies required to appreciate literary works with that principles and knowledge. The cooperative study attracted public attention along with the education of constructivism, student-centered education, and process-oriented education has been acknowledged its significance in aspects that all-round education is its purpose in broad perspective and it is also put in practice in microscopic perspective unlike the existing education. The cooperative study is a teach-and-learn strategy expanded from a group that I belong to so that teachers and students could learn more with a better methodology. In this respect, this research actually tried to apply this cooperative study of the area of literature, particularly a novel literature. In this research, I approached and developed the topic to accomplish the cooperative study for the student-centered literary education. In Ⅱ-1, the concept of the cooperative study that students positively compose the meaning by themselves with the constructivism would be discussed. In Ⅱ-2, the need for the cooperative study would be examined from three viewpoints, that is, the constructivism, the deficiency phenomena of socialization, and transition to the new economic system. In Ⅱ-3, the various instruction models of the cooperative study would be introduced and each models would be featured. CDP(Child Development Project) out of the instruction models is a representative model emphasizing interaction among children of the same age and pro-socialization and this research has its subject to examine the potentialities of the cooperative study on class of the novel literature with CDP model preparing specific instruction plan of student-centered. In Ⅲ lastly, I tried to design the student-centered CDP model activities and teach-and-learn methods which include the significance, the object and method of application of CDP model, and analyzed the potentialities of the cooperative study with a questionnaire. In the beginning of this research, the fundamental concept of the cooperative study and the models that could be applied to the section of Korean are considered and from this considerations, a model design and teach-and-learn plans for applying to practical teach-and-learn are described with the subject matter (3) 'The Dandelion on the Roof' of 7. 'Literature and Society' on the first term and the first grade of the primary school textbook based on the seventh curriculum. In the end, I concluded this research all in all realizing that there is an urgent need for more research on the cooperative study and there still exists many problems.
