현대 미술 의상에 표현된 니트 기법 연구

Abstract

최근의 니트 웨어는 합리적인 소비생활을 추구하는 현대인?涌? 의해 활동적이고 편안하며 기능성과 심미성을 모두 충족시킬 수 있는 아이템으로 각광받고 있다. 이러한 현상으로 니트 웨어는 지속적으로 직물보다 더욱더 발전될 것이며 현재의 시장에 만족하여 머무는 것이 아니라 미술 의상의 자유로운 소재와 표현을 응용하여 현재 가장 취약 부분인 소재 개발과 디자인 개발을 통해 다양하고 세련된 현대적인 면을 부각시켜야 하겠다. 현재의 니트 시장의 현황을 알아봄으로서 디자인만을 추구하는 것이 아닌 니트 시장에서의 소비자 인식에 대한 점을 개선하여 국내 브랜드로서의 수출과 외국 브랜드에 대처할 수 있는 방법 등을 알아보고자 한다. 따라서, 이에 본 연구는 니트의 개념과 역사를 고대로부터 발생한 니트의 시작을 토대로 중요성과 필요성을 인식하고, 니트의 종류와 특성을 손뜨개에서 수편기, 컴퓨터 니트에 이르기까지 살펴보고 니트의 소재와 용도를 통해 조직의 다양성의 가능성을 알게 한다. 또한 미술 의상의 개념과 특성을 작가 자신의 표현을 통해 과감한 실험과 모험으로서 새로운 창작 개념을 배우고 니트 조직에서의 예전의 기법들뿐만이 아니라 현재의 응용되어지고 있는 패션 디자이너들의 작품을 통해 앞으로 우리 나라의 ?測? 니트 웨어의 나아가야 할 점과 개발해야 되는 부분을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 다음으로 니트의 일반적 관찰로 역사를 국내와 국외로 알아보았고, 니트로 표현된 패션 디자이너들의 작품을 다양한 시점으로 알아보기 위하여 크게 기법과 표현 양식으로 나누어 보았고 기본적인 기법과 장식적인 기법을 분류하였으며, 기법들을 통해 얼마나 많은 니트 웨어가 나타날 수 있는지를 확인할 수 있었으며, 니트에 표현된 문양과 아트 웨어의 자료를 분석하였고, 국내 시장의 현황을 문헌 자료를 통해 볼 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구의 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 니트는 루프에 이어짐에 따라 만들어지는 것으로 손뜨기에서부터 기계뜨기, 컴퓨터에 의한 기계 자동화로 현재 니트 웨어의 다양화, 고급화를 이룩하고 있으며, 우리 나라는 선교사들에 의해 양말 짜는 기술이 처음으로 전해지면서 수년의 외국 니트의 발달과는 현저히 차이가 있지만 여러 가지 편물기계가 자체적으로 개발되어 외국과 대등한 기술 발달과 함께 편물은 수출의 큰 몫을 차지하고 있다. 2. 니트는 손뜨기와 기계뜨기로 분류 할 수 있으며, 니트의 특성은 드레이프성과 신축성이 있으며, 이러한 니트의 성형성의 장점을 살리는 작품들이 꾸준히 보여지고 있다. 3. 섬유의 성질과 굵기의 분류를 통해 가장 적절하게 제품의 용도에 따라 사용해야 하는 필요성과 디자인에 따라 적당한 원사를 사용할 수 있게 하였다. 4. 미술 의상에서의 니트 소재에 따른 독특한 조직과 창의적인 질감의 개발을 통해 다양한 니트 디자인의 다양성을 발견할 수 있었으며, 조형적인 예술로서의 표현 영역이 확대 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 5. 우리 나라의 의류 업체 중 특히 니트 업체의 현황을 통해 브랜드의 차별화 된 제품으로 소비자들의 인식의 변화와 함께 니트는 색상과 다양한 조직, 디자인 면에서 개발의 여지가 많고 수출 분야에 있어서 또한 가능성이 많음을 볼 수 있었다.|In recent years, knitwear is spotlighted as the item to satisfy all conditions which are active, comfortable, functional and aesthetic by modern people running after rational consumption. Knitwear will be developed continually more than woven by this state. We are not content with the present market but we should bring into relief various and refined the modern side through development of material and design, the weakest part, with appling free material and expression of art clothing. We don't pursue only design but also improve consumers' recognition by finding out the present situation of the knit market. so we are focusing our efforts on the aim of globalism with high value added of it by looking for export as domestic brand and the way to meet foreign brand. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the importance and necessity of knit with a base on beginning of knit by seeking concept and history of it, to look around its type and specific character extending over knitting by hand, knitting machine and knitting by computer and to know possibility of variety of structure through material and use of knit. In addition another purpose of this study is to learn new creation concept through the notion and the peculiarity of art clothing, an artist's own expression and resolute experiment and challenge, to present the direction which modern knitwear in Korea has to go to and the part which it has to develop. Next, it is found out the history of knit in Korea, in foreign countries as general observation of knit, which is distinguished the techniques form forms of expression to comprehend fashion designers' works expressed knit by several points of view. The techniques are classified a basic part and a decorative part then we can affirm that so many knitwear is created by these techniques. And it is analyzed to patterns expressed on knit and to data of art-wear and it is showed to the present status of domestic market through documents. The conclusion of the study is following. 1. Knit is made by connection of loops, which is accomplished diversification and high quality. The skill of knitting stockings was taught by missionaries in Korea and we have differences remarkably between advance of knit in other countries and ours. But knitting had a big portion of export with equal improvement of skill to foreign countries because several knitting machines is developed by our own skill. 2. Knit is distinguished knitting by hand from knitting by machine and knit has drapable property and elasticity. Also works making the most of a merit of plasticity are appeared steadily. 3. We know that a fiber is to be used appropriately according to the purposes of products by a fiber's nature and its thickness. We can use proper yarn in accordance with design. 4. We find out variety of knit design through unique structure of knit and development of creative stuff and realize to spread out a field of expression as the formative arts. 5. Knit has room for improvement of color, various structure and design. Also it has possibility in the field of export with change of consumers' recognition by distinctive products of brand through the present condition of knit business, especially in Korea's clothing business.
