窓을 통해 본 情이미지에 관한 硏究

Abstract

산업과 기술의 고도화는 효율과 효과를 중시하는 사회의 풍조를 만들었고 이는 현대인들의 삶 속에 물질적 풍요를 제공하였다. 그러나 인간관계의 측면에서 이러한 변화는 현대인들에게 단절과 고립을 의미했고 이를 벗어나기 위한 현대인들의 노력은 인간의 감성 회복이라는 모습으로 표출되고 있다. 이러한 노력의 대상 중 하나가 인간의 원초적 감성인 정(情)이고 이는 지속적 인간관계의 산물이다. 그러나 정은 의미의 측면에서는 주관적이고 포괄적이며 형태의 측면에서는 비정형적이고 비가시적이란 특성을 갖기 때문에 특정한 형태로 단정지어 표현한다는 것은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 본 연구는 이러한 어려움을 벗어나고자 정의 범주를 가장 기본적인 인간관계인 가족의 테두리로 한정시켜 진행하였다. 표현의 형식은 가족 구성원의 공동 생활 터전인 집에 있는 창(窓)의 모습을 응용하여 형상화하였다. 또한 정이 전달할 수 있는 이미지를 구체화하기 위하여 일상 생활에서 가족간의 정을 느낄 수 있는 이야기들을 창을 통해 보여질 수 있는 다양한 모습에 이입시켜 조형화하였다. 그리고 정에 대한 그리움이나 간직하고 싶은 마음을 사진액자와 장신구의 형태를 빌어 표현하였다. 본 연구를 통해 연구자는 우리의 살아가는 정감 어린 모습들을 작품 속에 담아내고자 노력하였다. 그리고 이러한 연구가 더불어 사는 사회에서 건강하고 순수한 삶을 지향함과 베풀며 살아가는 따스한 정이 우리와 우리 사회에 있어서 얼마나 중요한 요소인지를 다시 한 번 생각하는 계기가 되었다.|In modern society, due to highly developed industries and technologies, efficiency and effectiveness are two most important values and provide material prosperity. However, such a material prosperity also causes the human relationship to be ruptured and isolated. In order to overcome rupture and isolation in human relationship, the moderners make an effort to recover their human nature. The main objective of such an effort is 'affection' which is a basic human nature and produced by human relationship. However, it is very difficult to give a body to 'affection because of its conceptual subjectivity and comprehensiveness, and its physical indefiniteness and. invisibility. In this research, in order to alleviate such a difficulty, the scope of 'affection is restricted within a family, a fundamental of human relationship. Also, a window which is an important part of house, a space for family life, is adapted and used as an expression method. In addition, in order to embody the image of 'affection', stories with respect to affection within family members are developed and such stories are embodied into features that could be seen through a window. And in order to express yearning toward 'affection', a picture frame and Jewelry are adapted as physical shapes of works. In this research, I apprehended the importance of 'affection' and tried to embody 'affective' features of our lives into works. Also, I hoped that this research and works could pave the way for recognition of 'affection as the most important human nature in our lives and society.
