집의 구조로 표현된 직선의 조합에 관한 연구

Abstract

예술은 인간의 삶 속에서 비로소 그 의미를 갖는다. 그래서 예술가들은 의식적이건 무의식적이건 자신이 속해있는 사회의 가치관을 작업에 반영하고 자신의 삶 속에서 체험하고 느낀 바를 창조적인 조형양식으로 표현해낸다. 본인의 조형적 사고는 모든 만물의 기본 형태인 기하요소들, 특히 직선을 조합하고 반복하면서 발견하게 된 하나의 단위 형태에서 비롯되어 본인이 생각하는 집의 모습으로 표현되었다. 일상생활이 이루어지는 중심공간이며 자신 및 가족의 특성들이 드러나는 집은 본인의 삶 속에서 가장 중요한 공간이 되었고 본인의 의식을 지배하는 곳으로 여러 가지 의미를 지닌 복합적인 환경이자 동시에 여러 가지 형태적, 공간적 다양성을 지니고 있기도 하여 작품의 소재로 삼아 형상화 하였다. 본고는 본인의 작품이 직선의 조합을 통해 ‘집’의 공간으로 형상화 되는 과정을 일상성과 주거공간에 연계하여 고찰하였고 선(線)이 갖는 상징적 표현과 반복이라는 표현기법을 통해 재현된 형태의 조형적 특성을 서술함으로써 표현적인 부분에서 보다 창조적인 작업으로 나아갈 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 본인의 작품을 중심으로 총 3장으로 구성되어 있다. 1장 서론에서는 본인작업에 대한 연구목적과 방법에 대하여 제시하였다. 장 본론에서는 본인작업의 근간이 된 일상에서의 반복성과 본인의 일상과 가장 밀착되어 있는 공간인 주거공간과 연계하여 고찰해 보았고 이를 표현하기 위해 선택한 직선의 상징성을 서술하였다. 그리고 반복이라는 표현기법을 통해 재현된 형태의 조형적 측면을 서술하였으며 마지막에는 개별적인 작품 분석을 하였다. 3장 결론에서는 논문의 내용을 다시한번 정리하였고 앞으로의 작업 방향 을 제시해 보았다.|Art has the meaning for the first time in human life. So, artists reflect the sense of value of society that they, themselves belong to consciously or unconsciously and express what they experienced and felt in own life with creative plastic style. My plastic thinking was expressed with house form that I think by originating from geometrical elements to be basic form of all things, especially, one unit form that I came to discover while compounding and repeating straight life. House which is central space that daily life is made and that features of oneself and family are revealed became the most important space in my life, and it is complex environment to have various meanings and it has various formal and spatial diversity as a place to rule over my consciousness. Thus, I made it into form by making it as material or work. In this thesis, I studied the course that my work is made into form as house space through compounding of straight line by connecting with everyday nature and dwelling space, and described plastic feature of form reproduced through symbolical expression that line has and expression technique to be repetition. By doing that, I tried to prepare momentum to advance to more creative work in expressive part. This thesis is composed of total 3 chapters centering around my work. In the introduction of chapter 1, I presented the goal and method of study for my work. In the main discourse of chapter 2, I tried to study by connecting repetitious nature in routine which became the basis of my work and dwelling space to be the space to be stuck to my routine, and described the symbolical nature of straight line chosen for expressing this. And, I described the plastic side of form reproduced through expression technique to be repetition. And, lastly, I made individual work analysis. In the conclusion of chapter 3, I arranged the contents of thesis once again, and tried to present future work direction.
