지식 관리를 기반으로 하는 웹 프로젝트 학습 시스템 구축

Abstract

현 시대는 지식 기반 사회로 전환되어 가며 컴퓨터 통신 기술 발전으로 사회 구성 형태가 변화하고 있다. 정보와 지식의 부가가치의 중요성이 증대되면서 기업들은 지식의 가치를 극대화하기 위해 노력하고 있으며 교육계도 제 7차 교육과정이 발표되면서 학습자들의 지식 습득 개념이 바뀌고 있는데 지식은 종래의 주입, 전달되는 것으로 보는 관점과는 달리 학습자의 주관적, 인지적 작용에 의해 그리고 사회 문화적 배경과 상호작용을 통해 획득된다고 보고 있다. 즉 학습 지식을 정적으로 보지 않고 동적으로 상호작용을 통해 생성되어진다고 본다. 또한 정보통신기술을 활용하여 학습의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다고 보면서 새로운 교수-학습방법이 제기 되고 있다. 현 교육현장에서 공동으로 과제를 해결하고 동적으로 학습 습득을 할 수 있는 효과적인 교육방법으로 제시되고 있는 것이 프로젝트 중심 수업입니다. 이에 본 논문에서는 새로운 학습 시스템의 요구에 맞추어 지식 관리를 기반으로 하는 웹 프로젝트 학습 모형을 구축함으로써 학습자들이 주도적, 능동적으로 학습에 참여 할 수 있는 학습의 장을 마련한다. 또한 프로젝트 학습 과정 중 습득되고 창출되는 지식을 체계적인 관리를 통하여 그 가치를 향상시킨다. 교수자가 제안한 프로젝트를 각 팀의 구성원들간에 프로젝트 계획을 수립하고 역할 분담을 하여 프로젝트를 계획적, 조직적으로 수행하도록 하였다.|The contemporary feature of the social constitution has been changed to the development of the computer communication technology with being transformed to the society based on knowledge. As the importance of information and value-added knowledge is increasing, many corporations have tried to maximize the value of the knowledge. Also we have thought that the concept of the learning way of learners has been changed to that the knowledge is obtained through the subjective and recognizing function of a learner and the interaction among the social and cultural background different from the previous cramming and conveying education after the seventh education process was published in the Korean educational world. Namely, we recognize that the learning knowledge is produced through not the static interaction but the dynamic one. Also, a new teaching-learning way has been proposed as we see that the quality of learning can be improved through of our using information communication technology. So, we suggest a instruction based on project as a efficient instructive way so that students should solve a project in group work and learn it dynamically in (Korean) comtemporary education situation. Hereupon, this thesis show that we construct the web project learning model based on knowledge management adjusting demand for a new learning system in which learners join the learning. Also, the value is developed through the systematic management of the creating and learning knowledge on the way of project learning process. A teacher proposes a project. And then, members of each team make a plan among them, assign a role to each member for the project, and fulfill it deliberately and systematically.
