중등학교에서의 수학교사에 관한 연구

Abstract

교사는 수학이 지도되고 학습되는 방법을 변화시키는데 있어서 주체가 되며 학생들의 수학이?遮? 과목에 대한 의식 변화에서도 주체적인 역할을 한다. 이런 변화의 주체로서 교사는 그들의 역할 수행에 따라 학생들의 학습에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 따라서 수학교사에 대한 연구는 중요한 의미를 갖고 있다. 이에 본 연구자는 수학교사에 대한 문헌조사를 하고, 중등학교 수학교사를 중심으로 설문 조사하여 수학교사의 전문성, 교육에의 열의, 원만한 인성, 교육기술에 대해 교사의 의식을 연구하였다. 현장교사들의 설문을 통해 교사가 어떤 방향을 가져야 훌륭한 수학교사로 거듭날 수 있는지를 연구하여 수학교육에 임하는 교사의 자세를 재조명 해보고, 교사 스스로 올바른 관점과 확신을 세우도록 하며, 현장에 나갈 많은 예비 수학교사들에게 도움이 되도록 한다. 수학교사는 빠르게 변화하는 세계에서 부단한 노력으로 전문성을 갖추면서 동시에 교육적 열의, 교육자로서의 올바른 인성, 가르치는 기술을 갖추어야한다. 이에 본 연구는 그에 부합되는 교사의 모형을 제시하고 훌륭한 수학교사로 거듭나기 위한 방안을 모색하고 제언하고자 한다.|Teacher is the subject in changing the method that mathematics is guided and studied, and it plays the subjective role in the change of consciousness about the subject to be the mathematics of students also. Teachers as the subject of this change have direct influence on the study of students in accordance with their role performance. Thus, the study about mathematics teachers has important meaning. So, this researcher studied the consciousness of teachers about the professional nature of mathematics teachers, the enthusiasm toward education, the perfect humanity, and education technique by doing the literature survey about mathematics teachers and doing the questionnaire centering around the mathematics teachers in secondary school. By studying in which direction teachers may regenerate as great teachers through the questionnaire of spot teachers, this researcher tries to illuminate the attitude of teachers to face mathematics education again, makes teachers establish right viewpoint and conviction for themselves, and tries to give help to many preliminary mathematics teachers at spot. Mathematics teachers should have professional nature with constant efforts in rapidly changing world and should have the educational enthusiasm, the right humanity as educators, and the teaching technique at the same time. So, in this study, this researcher tries to present the model of teachers to be suitable for it and grope for the scheme for regenerating as great mathematics teachers and make suggestion.
