제7차 교육과정에 따른 고등학교 생물 I․II 교과서 탐구 및 실험내용 분석

Abstract
For this study, six kind's high-school textbook Biology I and II which passed the Ministry of Education's inspection based on the 7th educational curriculum were analyzed. The 7th Curriculum for high school has launched one year before, which has modified contents to improve the study for experiments and inquiring. The contents of biology textbook was analysed the answers against the problems. The contents of experiment part of twelve kind of textbook were compared and analysed by the standards suggested by Pella and Korean Educational Development Institute. The results showed that most of experimental part of textbook was restricted to the procedures of experiments, interpretation of results, and induction of conclusions without recognition about questions, building hypothesis, and the design of experimental procedures. Emphasizing scientific inquiry, the development of models to compensate current experimental study required and should be added to the current textbook. Based on this suggestion, models for experimental studies be proposed about several specific topics. Taken together, it will most important that persistent research on the development of technical methods and various ways for experimental study in the high school textbook.
By the results of this study, Science teachers using the new science textbooks are expected to apply them as a standard material for reconstructing the textbooks according to the conditions for each school, and as a medium for accomplishing the goals of the science education.
