작품 '생각하다'의 조형성 연구 = 본인의 작품을 중심으로

Abstract

영문초록: p. 34-35|예술은 개인을 진실한 인간성으로 환원시켜 현실의 압력과 인간 조건의 질곡으로부터 해방시키고 인간의 욕망을 순화시켜 그의 내면을 좀더 자유롭게 하는데 의의가 있다. 본인은 물질중심의 가치 지향으로 인한 현대인들의 '자기소외' 현상을 비판적으로 인식하고 그의 대안으로서 내면을 향한 '사유(思惟)'를 통해 마음의 현존(現存)을 구하고자 하였다. 또한, 이를 행하는 과정에서의 심상(心像)을 조형화하고 작업의 과정을 전심일지(專心一志)의 수행(修行) 방법으로 인식함으로써 '자기'를 만나는 하나의 장으로 삼고자 하였다. 본고는 2001년에서 2002년에 제작된 작품 '생각하다'를 대상으로 주제의 의미와 작품의 조형형식을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하여 총 3장으로 구성하였다. 제 1장 서론에서는 본 논문의 연구 목적과 연구 방법 및 범주를 서술하였다. 제 2장 본론에서는 1. 현대인의 '자기소외'의 문제를 제기하여 주제 설정의 동기가 되었음을 밝히고 내면을 향한 사유를 통해 이를 극복하는 대안으로 삼고자 하였음을 밝히며 예술 행위를 수신의 과정으로 인식하는 본인의 예술관을 서술하였다. 2. 사유를 행하는 과정에서의 심상을 표현하기 위해 선택한 재료의 의미와 ?Η峙疫萱? 서술하였다. 3. 본인 작품 8점의 개별적 조형성을 서술하였다. 제 3장 결론에서는 본 논문의 내용을 총괄하여, 본인 작품의 궁극적 목적을 서술하고 앞으로의 작업 활동이 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다.|It's significant that the arts free an individual from his/her present sufferings and fetters by restoring to a state with sincere human nature and liberate his/her inner state more than before by purifying human desires. It would like to seek mental stability through 'thinking' toward the inside as an alternative to the 'self-estrangement', a phenomenon occurred as modern people pursue material-based values. Also, the 'mental state' while thinking would be made in form and the process for the work regarded as an opportunity to meet the self by recognizing the process as a self-discipline course with whole heart. This study is composed of three chapters with objectives to reveal a significance of the work's theme and formative style. The work, 'thinking' was made from 2001 to 2002. In the 1st chapter, introduction, objectives, methods and a category of the study are described. In the 2nd chapter, main subject, firstly, it would be disclosed that the 'self-estrangement' of modern people is raised and become a motive to decide the theme to make an alternative to overcome the problem through 'thinking' toward the inside. The process of producing the work is regarded as a self-discipline course and a view of the arts described. Secondly, a significance of used materials and an expressive technique to form the mental state during thinking are described. A symbolic meaning of the theme expressed in the work and formative style are also explained. Thirdly, each formativeness of total 8 works is described. In the 3rd chapter, conclusion, the ultimate objective of the work and future directions for works are suggested by generalizing main subject of the study.
