인체형상과 자연이미지의 조형화 연구 : 본인의 작품을 중심으로

Abstract

본 논문은 인간과 자연을 대상으로 심상에 나타나는 인체형상과 자연이미지를 조형화하여 현대인의 심상을 표현하고 있다. 미(美)를 추구하는 인간의 역사는 자연과 인간과의 상호관계의 역사라 해도 과언이 아니며, 특히 인간의 본질 가운데서 가장 중요한 인간의 정신은 오늘날까지 인간과 자연의 관계를 설명하는데 중요한 배경이 되고 있다. 이와 같은 관점을 바탕으로 본인의 작품 '출토(出土)'는 인간과 자연의 본질적인 문제인식으로부터 시작하였으며 생명과 현실세계에 나타나는 인간의 정신을 지각적인 사실의 입장에서 표현하고자 하였다. 작품 '출??'는 출토라는 현상적인 의미만이 아니라 흙에서 어떤 것이 발견되었을 때의 느낌들, 그리고 발견된 것에 대한 본질적인 물음에 의해 작품의 형태를 찾아 나갔다. 따라서 본인작품에 표현된 형태로는 생명의 원동력이 되는 궁극적인 완전성을 표상하는 원형과 현실세계를 상징화한 직사각형의 형태로서 자연의 이미지를 유기적으로 추상화 하여 나타내었으며 본질로서의 자기의 의미로 나타나는 인체형상과 조형화 하여 표현하였다. 이러한 표현형태를 통하여 본인은 현대문명, 산업사회의 부정적 기능으로 나타나는 인간소외 · 비인간화와 그에 대비한 대안으로서의 치유의 방향모색과 인간성 회복의 정신을 추구하면서 자기 정체성을 찾아가고자 하였으며, 우주론적 세계관의 인간과 자연이라는 대자연의 관계성 속에서 새로운 생명을 갖을려는 생명력에의 갈구와 신비로움을 상징적으로 나타내고자 하였다. 본 논문은 총 3장으로 구성되어져 있다. 제 1 장 서론에서는 작품주제의 설정 동기와 배경, 연구목적을 밝히고, 표현방법에 대하여 약술하였다. 제 2 장 본론에서는 다음과 같이 세 단락으로 나누어 전개하였다. 첫째, 작품의 정신적 배경으로 인체형상에서의 생명력의 표현과 풍토에 ?繩? 자연이미지의 발견을 서술하였다. 둘째, 형태적 근거로 인체형상으로부터의 조형표현과 자연으로부터의 조형표현을 설명하였다. 셋째, 작품의 제작과정과 표현방법 및 작품설명을 통하여 개별 작품을 분석하였다. 제 3장 결론에서는 본 논문의 내용과 본인의 작품을 개괄적으로 정리하였으며 작품 제작에서 나타난 문제점과 앞으로의 작업방향에 대한 연구의지를 서술하였다.|This paper expresses the mental images of the moderns for the human and nature. It is not exaggerated to say that the history of human for pursuing the beauty is the history of inter-relationship between nature and human. Especially, human's spirit, which is the most important among the essences of human, have been the crucial background so far to explain the relationship between human and nature. Based on this view of point, my work 'Chul-Toe(meaning excavation)' begins with recognizing the essential questions of human and nature, and try to express the human's spirit in perceptual aspect, which appears in life and real world. The work 'Chul-Toe' became to materialize the form of the work by not only the phenomenal meaning of the excavation but the feeling when something is excavated from the earth and the essential question about the excavations. Therefore, the shape of my work is composed of a circle which represents the ultimate perfection, which is the motive power of life, and a rectangular which symbolizes the real world. The shape expresses the image of the nature organically and represents the shape of human body. Through this kind of expression method, I try to find a solution to heal the sense of alienation and inhumanity which is betrayed as a negative affects of the modern civilization and industrial society. I also try to pursue the restoration of the humanity, look for the self-identity and symbolically represent the mystery and desire for the force of life, which tries to conceive a new life in the relationship between mother nature and human. This paper is composed of three chapters: In the first chapter, the motive and background for the theme of my work is introduced and the expression method is outlined. In the second chapter, there are three paragraph: First paragraph describes the expression of the life in the human body shape, which are existed as spirit background, and the discovery of the natural images in the climate. Second paragraph explains the formative expression from the human body shape and the formative expression from the nature with regard to the basis of formation. Third paragraph analyzes the individual works by explaining the work process and expression method. In the last chapter, the content of this paper and my work is generally summarized, and the problems coming out of the work process and the my desire for future's work direction is described.
