이문구의 『관촌수필』교수-학습방안 연구

Abstract

이문구의『관촌수필』은 1972년부터 1977년 사이에 집필된 연작소설로서, 6 · 25전쟁과 산업화로 인하여 파괴된 고향의 모습을 작가의 애정 어린 시선과 탁월한 어휘로 그려 낸 작품이다. 한국 현대문학사에서 이문구의『관촌수필』은 1970년대 소설을 대표하는 수작(秀作)이며, 현대적 관점에서도 많은 의의를 가지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은『관촌수필』이 내포하고 있는 현대적 의의를 학교 현장에서 효과적으로 교수-학습할 수 있는 지도 방안을 구안하는데 있다. 본 연구자는 그 구체적 지도 방안으로 학습자의 주체성을 신장시키며, 학습자로 하여금 텍스트에 대한 창의적인 수용이 이루어 질 수 있게 할 수 있는 신문 매체를 활용하였다. 그렇기 때문에 본격적인 논의가 이루어지는 Ⅱ장에서는 본 연구의 이론적 배경을 확립하기 위하여 신문이 갖는 기본적 성격과 함께 교육적 활용 가능성을 모색하였다. 그리고 Ⅲ장에서는 Ⅱ장에서 신문 활용의 가능성을 밝힌 교수-학습 방안을 제시하기 이전에, Ⅲ-1장에서 교사가 탐구학습이나 협동학습의 과제로 삼을 수 있는『관촌수필』의 논의점을 제시하여 교수-학습 방안의 전제로 삼았다. 그리고 Ⅲ-2장에서는 Ⅱ장에서 가능성을 밝힌 교수-학습 방안과 Ⅲ-1장에서 논의한 텍스트 내적 문제들을 바탕으로「일락서산」의 교수-학습 방안을 제시하였다.「일락서산」의 교수-학습 방안은 “계획 단계→진단 단계→지도 단계→평가 단계”로 크게 계획하였으며, 학습자 중심 수업인 협동학습을 전제로 하였다. 진단 단계를 거친 지도 단계는 “개괄적 접근→분석적 접근→종합적 접근”으로 나누었다. 그리고 각 텍스트의 접근 단계에서는 작품 및 작가와 관련한 신문기사를 수업에 활용하여, 학습자에게 흥미를 주고 수업에 대한 이해를 높이고자 하였다. 또한 평가 단계는 지도 단계에서 학습한 내용을 <신문 만들기> 활동을 통하여 재창작하고 수용할 수 있도록 계획하였다. 그리고 <신문 만들기> 활동을 모둠별로 평가하고 협의된 평가서를 발표하게 함으로써, 학습자가 총제적인 언어활동을 수행할 수 있도록 계획하였다. 이러한 교수-학습 과정은 학습자가 이문구의 『관촌수필』을 수용하고, 내면화하는데 효과적인 지도 방안이 될 것이다.|『Gwan Chon Essay』of Moon Gu Lee is a fiction produced in collaboration, written between 1972 to 1977. It is a work that draws the picture of hometown destructed due to 6 · 25 war and industrialization from affectionate eyes of the writer and with excellent vocabulary. In the history of modern Korean literature,『Gwan Chon Essay』of Moon Gu Lee is considered the outstanding work that represent the fictions of the 1970s, and holds many significance from modern viewpoint. The purpose of this study lies in designing a guidance model that will effectively teach-study the modern significance implied in 『Gwan Chon Essay』 in schools. As a more concrete guidance model, this researcher has applied the medium of newspaper to expand the individuality of the learner, and to allow the learner to creatively accept the text. Therefore, in chapter II, where full-scale discussion is led, the basic characteristic of the newspaper as well as the possibility on educational application was examined to establish the theoretical background of this study. In chapter III, prior to presenting the teaching-studying plan that shed light on the possibility of application of newspaper in chapter II, points of discussion of『Gwan Chon Essay』that can be adopted as assignments for Study on Inquiry or Study on Cooperation were presented in chapter III-1 and were accepted as the assumption for teaching-studying model. In chapter III-2, with basis on the teaching-studying model that shed light on the possibility in chapter II and the internal problems of text as discussed in chapter III-1, teaching-studying model of 「Illack Seosan」 was presented. The teaching-studying model of 「Illack Seosan」 was largely designed as “planning stage → diagnosis stage → guidance stage → evaluation stage”, and based its design on the Study on Cooperation, the learner-oriented lessons. The guidance stage following the diagnosis stage was divided into “general approach → analytic approach → comprehensive approach.” Moreover, in each of the approach stage of the text, newspaper articles related to the work and writer were used to evoke interest of the learners and to enhance understanding of the lessons. The evaluation stage was designed to reproduce and accommodate the contents studied in the guidance stage through “create newspaper” activity. Then, by evaluating the <create newspaper> activity by each module and making presentation on the mutually agreed evaluation report, learners may perform overall language activity. This kind of teaching-studying process will aid learners to accept 『Gwan Chon Essay』of Moon Gu Lee, and will be an effective guidance model in internalization.
