음률을 매개로 한 조형적 표현 연구 : 본인 작품을 중심으로

Abstract

현대의 끊임없는 변화 속에서 인간의 오감을 통한 내적표현은 다양한 모습으로 나타나며, 그 내용이나 주제, 소재에 있어서도 이전과는 비교할 수 없을 정도로 다양하고 개성적인 모습을 보여주고 있다. 시각과 청각을 지닌 인간이 보이지 않는 정신적인 이미지를 인식할 수 있게 공간상에 존재하도록 하는 예술적 표현은 삶과 예술이 유기적인 관계임을 보여주고, 인간의 기본적인 정신활동으로부터 인간의 근원적인 경험 속에 존재해 왔으며, 예술행위라는 것은 시간과 공간의 주축으로 경험을 표상화 하려는 인간의 상징적인 사고에 의한 것이다. 예술을 포함한 일체의 문화와 인간의 역사는 인간이 거쳐온 생(生)의 표현이라 할 수 있으며 체험된 것은 '표현'되어지고 이러한 표현은 삶을 가장 충실히 나타내주는 것이기에 '표현은 새로운 것을 낳는다' 라고 말할 수 있다. 예술에 있어서 회화는 창조된 가상적 공간으로 작가와 감상자 모두에게 총체적인 삶의 경험을 공유하도록 함으로써 공감대를 형성시키는 독자적인 세계이며 예술가는 삶의 경험에 따른 감정과 주관적인 사고를 통해 어떤 대상을 표현함으로써 능동적인 예술활동을 할 수 있고, ?맬?작품은 작가의 정신적인 것이 조형적 형상으로 나타나며 동시에 작가의 예술의지로서의 상상력이 표출되어지는 장(場)으로의 화면인 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 개인적인 관심에서 출발하여 경험에 따른 감정 변화와 사고를 통해 음률의 이미지를 주관적인 조형언어로 시도하는데 주력하였고 개인적인 경험, 사고, 감정에 의해 형성되어진 일반적인 음률의 특성과 추상회화에서 음악적 경향을 나타낸 작가들을 살펴보고, 한국전통음률의 회화적 배경을 고찰하였다. 이와같은 연구를 통하여 비형상적인 음률의 이미지를 시각적으로 표현함으로써 비가시적인 대상에 대한 형상화를 시도하여, 보다 발전적인 작업의 방향을 구축하는 계기로 삼고자 한다.|In the endless change of modern times, the inner expression through the five sense of human beings appear with diverse forms, and it is showing diverse and individualistic form to the degree to be incomparable to former time in the contents or subject and material also. Artistic expression to exist in space which enables human beings to have sight and hearing sense to recognize invisible mental image shows that life and art have organic relation, it has existed in the original experience of human beings from the basic spirit activity of human beings, and what is art act is based on the symbolical thinking of human beings to try to symbolize experience by making time and space of main axis. The history of all the culture and human beings including art may be referred to as the expression of life that human beings have passed through, what was experienced is expressed, and this expression shows life most completely. 'So, it can be said that expression new expression. In art, painting is the independent world to form sympathy zone by enabling all the artists and appreciators to share the experience of whole life as the created imaginary space, and artists may do active art activity by expressing a certain subject through the feeling to be based on the experience of life and the subjective thinking, and painting work is the picture as one field that the spiritual thing of artists appear as plastic form and the field that the imagination as the art will of artists is expressed. From the viewpoints, first of all, I concentrated my effort on converting the image of rhythm into the formative languge with subjectivity, through the various hanges of sensitivity and thught which is come from the personal interests and experiences. I also investigated some artists of abstract paintings who exhibit the characters of general tones or rhythms, and the musical inclination formed by indiviclual experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Then I considered the pictorial backgroung of Korean traditional rhythm. I tries to make this study of the momentum to establish the direction of more developmental work through trying to making into form about invisible subject by expressing the image of rhtyhm which is not formal visually.
