신경망 기반 주가 예측 시스템의 성능평가 요소 분석

Abstract

주식 시장을 예측하려는 많은 연구들이 있었으나, 주식 시장의 가격 변동이나 기대 수익을 예측하는 것은 매우 어려운 작업이다. 한때 ‘효율적 시장가설’로 인해, 학계에서는 시장 분석 방법론들에 대해 회의적 이였으나, 최근 인공 지능 분야, 특히 기계 학습 분야의 연구자들은 인공 지능 기법과 기술 분석 기법의 결합에 의해 시장 평균을 초과하는 수익의 달성이 가능하다는 연구 결과들을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ‘NNshell'이라는 신경망 기반 주가 예측 시스템의 성능 평가 및 시스템 최적화를 위한 통합 시뮬레이션 도구의 분석을 통해, 보다 체계화된 성능 평가 및 거래 시스템의 거래 성능 요소를 알아보고자 한다.|Although there were a lot of researches to forecast the stock market. it is difficult to forecast the fluctuation of price and the expected return in the stock market, Owing to the 'Efficient Market Hypothesis', market analysis methodology was considered skeptical. Nowadays the research workers in the field of machine learning are showing us the result of studies which prove that it is possible to make excess profits through the combining artificial intelligence technique with technical analysis technique. In this thesis, I will demonstrate more systematized performance evaluation and the optimization cases of transaction performance of a stock trading system, through the analysis of an integrated simulation tool for neural network-based stock price forecasting system, called NNshell.
