시간의 흔적을 통한 심상표현 연구 : 염색 작품을 중심으로

Abstract

예술작품이란 인간의 경험에 대한 시각적 이미지를 만들어내는 것이다. 이미지의 시각화 과정은 인간 자신 속에 축적되어 있는 조형언어를 발견하는 통로라고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 예술은 자기로부터의 출발이며 예술가 자신 속에 내재되어 있는 것들이 하나씩 표출되어 독자적인 표현으로 나타내게 되는 것이다. 본 연구자는 인간의 경험에 대한 시각적 이미지의 표현을 위한 하나의 제시로서 인간의 삶 속에서의 시간에 관심을 가졌다. 시간은 눈에 보이는 것도 신체로 지각할 수 있는 것도 아니다. 또한 지나가 버린 시간은 잡을 수 없다는 것도 분명한 사실이다. 그렇다고 과거는 사라진 것이 아니다. 현재의 기억 속에서 아름다운 모습으로 떠오르기도 하고, 미래의 삶을 예측할 수 있는 중요한 근거가 되기도 한다. 이렇듯 우리는 지나간 경험을 기억함으로써 과거의 존재를 믿고, 기대를 통해 미래의 존재를 인정한다. 이러한 시간은 인간존재의 조건이다. 본 연구목적은 지나간 시간은 현재의 존재 안에서 발견되어질 수 있다는 생각을 바탕으로 실존 안에서 시간이 축적되어 가는 과정을 보여주고 이를 통해 시간의 흔적을 표현하고자 하였다. 또한 본인의 심상을 이입하여 조형화된 예술적 표현으로 모색하는데 바탕을 두었다.|Art work is something to make visual image to human experience. The process of visualization of image can be viewed as the channel by which human can find a variety of molded languages accumulated in human himself. Therefore, art is the beginning from ego and a kind of unique expression produced one by one from the depth of ego. Writer of this thesis has been interested in each time of human life as a type of suggestion of visual image expression to human expression. Time is something neither visible nor sensible. Obviously, once time passes away, it becomes something unseizable. But past is never something disappeared. In the present memory, time can not only arise beautiful but also be a kind of essential foundation to predict what will take place in the future. Like this, human being, regardless of whether a person is male or female, believes the existence of the past by memory of something passed away and acknowledge the existence in the future with expectation. Such a time is the cause of human existence This study is expected to show the process of accumulation of time in realties on the bases of thought that passed time can be discovered in the existence of the present and express the marks and traces of time by such a process, which is based upon a kind of molded artistic expression by empathizing writer's image.
