숲의 생명력에 관한 표현연구

Abstract

논 문 개 요

인간의 존재는 자연으로부터 시작되고 자연으로 돌아간다. 자연은 인간의 삶이며 인간의 일상생활을 풍요롭게 하는 유익한 공간으로 항상 우리 주위에 있다. 현대사회의 산업화가 지속됨에 따라 급변하는 인간의 삶에 자연의 생명력이 퇴색하게 되었다. 그래서 인간은 스스로가 자연 속에서 살고 있다는 것을 망각할 때가 있다. 하지만 인간은 누구나 휴식과 치유를 갈망하며 살고 있다. 본인은 자연의 소중함을 돌아보기 위하여 숲의 이미지로 자연의 생명력을 표현하고자 한다. 자연의 대부분을 구성하고 있는 나무를 작품의 친환경적인 재료로 사용하여 구성요소로 다루고 있다. 나무라는 자연재료를 통해 숲의 생명력과 자연과 인간의 관계에 대한 공존을 다시 생각해보려 한다. 본인은 자연의 생명력을 표현하기 위해 자연의 가장 중요한 요소 중에 하나인 숲의 이미지를 통해 형상화하고자 하였다. 숲의 이미지의 특성을 닥나무껍질의 형태와 닥죽의 질감을 통해 작품에 반영함으로써 자연의 순환체계를 유지하는 숲의 생명력으로 표현하였다. 나무는 숲과 자연의 조화를 이루는 하나의 구체적인 수단으로서 숲의 아름다운 모습을 추상적인 형태로 상징화하여 나타내었고, 다양한 색채로 구성하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자연의 생명력을 통해 나무들이 숲을 이루는 형성과정을 전시 작품 중심으로 연구하였다. 본 연구의 본문 구성은 다음과 같다. 제 1장 서론에서는 자연환경 속의 숲의 생명력과 인간의 삶의 필연적 관계에 대한 주제로 연구목적과 연구방법, 그리고 연구의 과정에 관해 서술하였다. 제 2장 본론에서는 자연의 생명력으로서의 숲 이미지를 밝히고 작품제작에 자연재료인 나무를 도입하게 된 이론적 설명과 제작원리, 표현기법을 정리하였다. 작품표현방법에는 자연의 생명력을 바탕으로 닥나무가 갖는 친환경요소를 통해 형성화된 방법 및 작품분석을 서술하였다. 제 3장 결론에서는 본 논문의 연구결과를 정리하고 앞으로의 연구방향을 서술하였다. |ABSTRACT

The study of expression on the vitality of a forest

Human beings came from the nature and then go to the nature. The nature itself is the life of people, and is always around people as beneficial space which makes the life of people to be rich. As modern societies have been industrialized, the vitality of the nature in the lives of people has waned. As a result, people sometimes forget living in the nature. However, all the people live their own lives, longing for relaxation and healing in the nature. To look back on the preciousness of the nature, I attempt to express the vitality of the nature through images of a forest. Trees, which the nature consists mostly of, are treated as an environmentally friendly material, a component of the work. Through trees, a natural material, I attempt to reconsider the vitality of a forest and peaceful coexistence between human and nature. To express the vitality of the nature, I took advantage of images of a forest, one of the most important element of the nature. By reflecting the characteristic of images of a forest through the shape of paper mulberry's bark and the texture of dakjjuk, I attempt to express the vitality of a forest which maintains the natural circulation system. Trees, as a concrete means of harmonizing forests and the nature, represented the beautiful appearance of a forest in an abstract way and were made up of a variety of different colours. Therefore, in this thesis, the vitality of the nature was expressed through the process that trees form a forest. The contents of this thesis is as follow: In the first chapter introduction, regarding the necessary causality between the vitality of a forest and the life of human, the purpose of study, the method of study, and the process of study were referred to. In the second chapter main body, images of a forest as the vitality of the nature were expressed, and the theoretical explanation that trees, a natural material, were introduced, the principle of production, the technique of expression were organized. In the technique of expression, the way to form the work through the environmentally friendly element of a paper mulberry based on the vitality of the nature and the analysis of the work were referred to. In the third chapter conclusion, the study result of main body was made, and the study direction in the future was referred to.
