순환적 생명력의 조형화 연구 : 본인의 작품을 중심으로

Abstract

생명력은, 모든 생명이 갖는 생명의 근원, 힘의 원천이라 할 수 있다. 예술가에게 생명력은 자신의 작품이 자신을 잘 비출때로, 이는 자신의 미적 체험이 자신의 내부에서 발산되어 작품으로서 승화될 때 가장 잘 나타나게 된다. 본인의 작품과 논문에서 일관된 관심의 대상은 순환을 통한 생명력의 이미지 표현이다. 자연에서 일어나는 탄생과 죽음의 그 순간의 모습을 통해 생명력의 이미지들이 갖는 각각의 의미들을 살펴보고, 구체적인 순환적 생명력의 이미지로 형상화 하고자 한다. 본 논문은 본인의 작품을 중심으로, 주제설정에 대한 견해와 작품의 정신적 배경, 조형적인 표현방법 및 개별 작품 설명등 총 3장으로 구성하였다. 제 1 장 서론에서는 자연속에서 찾게된 주제설정에 대한 견해와 자연속 경험에 의한 미적 체험이 작품으로 의미를 갖게되는 과정을 설명하고, 연구목적, 연구방법, 연구범위를 설명하였다. 제 2 장 본론에서는 작품의 정신적 배경으로, 구체적인 자연속 경험을 통해 얻어지는 자연의 이미지가 불교사상의 '윤회'를 통해 소멸과 생성의 의미로서 재탄생되며, 이를 생명력의 이미지로서 표현되는 과정을 설명하고, 이를 표현하기 위해 사용된 소재들과 표현 방법들을 설명하였다. 또한 개별 작품 설명을 위해 작품사진과 작품제작방법, 내용등을 서술하였다. 제 3 장 결론에서는 본 논문의 내용을 정리하고 본인의 작품세계를 정리하였다.|The power of life is the source of life belonged to all the lives, or the origin of the power. For artists, 'the power of life' is represented the most when artists' aesthetic experiences are emitted from their inside to glorify works, lighting on themselves. For this work and thesis, there is an object of a coherent interest, which is imagery expression of the power of life through circulation. It examines each meaning of the images of life, and give concrete shapes to the images of the power of life in circulation. This thesis is composed of three chapters, centering around my work: the perspective about the theme and its spiritual background, the methods of expression in configurating, and explanation about the individual sculpture. Chapter 1. Introduction explains the perspective in setting the theme and the process signifying the work with the aesthetic experience, along with the goal, the methods, and the scope of the study. Chapter 2. Body describes the process in the spiritual background of the work to express the images of the power of life whose nature from the concrete experiences are re-born as the meanings of extinction and creation through the transmigrationism of Buddhism. And it includes the methods of expression and the materials. Also, there are the photographs, the methods of production, and the contents for the individual sculptures. Chapter 3. Conclusion contains the summary of the thesis and the world of my art works.
