수행평가를 통한 수학학습지도의 효과와 방향

Abstract

제7차 교육과정에서 교수 · 학습의 목적은 개별 학습자의 소질이나 특성에 맞추어 그 개인에게 의미 있는 지식과 정보를 좀더 조직적이고 체계적으로 가질 수 있도록 도와주고 격려하는 것이다. 그리고 학생들의 단편적인 지식을 암기하여 이해하는 능력보다 창의력과 문제해결능력을 기르기 위한 수학교육의 변화를 기대하고 있다. 이러한 교육과정이 의도한대로 실천되려면 교육평가의 변화도 수반되어야 한다. 즉 수학교육을 바라보는 관점의 변화는 평가관의 변화를 요구하고 있다. 따라서 평가도 창의력과 문제해결능력을 길러주고, 결과보다는 과정을, 수동적이기보다는 능동적인 학습태도를 평가 할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 평가의 한 가지 방법으로 도입되어 실시되기 시작한 것이 수행평가이다. 제7차 교육 과정과 함께 수행평가를 본격적으로 실시하기 시작하였으며, 교육과정의 목적에 맞게 수행평가가 성공적으로 실시되기 위해서는 많은 어려움이 뒤따른다. 특히 수행평가의 대상이 학생이라는 점에서 학생들이 가지고 있는 수행평가에 대한 태도와 인식은 수행평가의 성공적인 실시를 위해 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중학교 1, 2학년을 대상으로 학습자의 창의력과 문제해결능력을 길러주며, 능동적인 학습태도를 지향하는 수행평가에 대한 인식과 그 효과를 알아보고 이에 따른 문제점을 조사하고 분석하여 수행평가가 올바르게 정착 될 수 있도록 방향을 제시해 보고자 한다.|In the seventh educational curriculum, the purpose of a Teaching Learning assist and encourage them to have more organic and systematic to each person has meaningful knowledge or information for individual character or temperament. And the mathematics education change that grows the students creativeness and problem solving ability rather than the ability to memorize and understand the fragmentary knowledge is expected to happen. The change of educational estimate must be accompanied to commit this educational progress as intended. Namely, the change of the viewpoint which sees mathematics education is demanding the change of the evaluator. So, evaluation system can help develop creativeness and problem solving ability for the learner and that can be directed to the process rather than final results and to the active learning attitude rather than passive one. In this sense, the thing that is applied as one of estimate is the performance assessment. Performance assessment executed real with the seventh educational curriculum, performance assessment is is executed successfully in the purpose of a education curriculum, it is follows many difficulty. Specially, the point where the object of performance assessment is a student, attitude and recognition of students are very important for successful execution of performance assessment.
