水墨을 通한 內的 心象 表現 硏究

Abstract

예술가는 자신의 감정을 예술작품을 통하여 표현한다. 이러한 예술작품이 객관화되어 감상자들의 공감을 불러일으킬 때 그 의의가 부여된다. 이러한 점에서 사회나 문화, 환경에 반응하여 독자적인 회화양식으로 표현, 표출된 내용은 예술가의 지적, 정서적 경험의 총체라고 할 수 있다. 또한 자신의 주관에 의한 심성과 철학은 작가 특유의 독창적 형식을 통해 나타난다. 그러한 표현의 실제는 정신에 의해 구성된 감성의 의미를 갖게 되며, 구체적이고 실체적인 세계로 드러나는 것이다. 그러나 회화는 단순히 가시적인 세계를 표현하는 것만은 아니다. 나아가 눈에 보이지 않은 내면의 세계까지 탐구해야 그 본질적인 역할을 다 하게 된다. 특히 동양회화는 사물의 현상을 보이는 그대로 그리기 보다는 가시적 현상을 가능하게 하는 존재의 원리를 살펴보는 데에 의미를 두고 있다. 수묵화는 모든 예술과 마찬가지로 각 시대의 사회적 산물로써 인간의 감정을 표현해 왔다. 이는 수묵화가 정신적 차원의 현대적 모색이 보다 적극적 으로 이루어져야 하며, 수묵이라는 매재의 조형적 가치가 현대적이면서 실험적으로 다루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 수묵(水墨)의 사상적 배경, 수묵화의 재료적 특성에 대하여 살펴보고, 일상에서의 감정상태 표현을 주제로 한 일련의 작업들이 어떻게 지극히 개인적인 경험의 누적으로 이루어진 사적(私的)인 단면들을 객관적으로 제시하려는지 밝혀보도록 하겠다. 또한, 동양회화의 재료인??먹(墨)??이라는 특수한 매체적 속성을 ‘발묵(潑墨)’이라는 조형의 기법을 통해 분석하고 현대적 추상표현을 추구하고자 하였다. 이러한 작품을 분석하고, 지금까지의 작업을 통해 앞으로의 작업방향과 표현방법을 모색해 보고자 한다.|Art is an expression of the mind. Art is a way for artists to use their ability to express the things that they see and feel through a special language by utilizing lines, and colors. Artists want and desire to reflect their feelings and ideas onto their artwork. So with the innate ability to reason and think creatively an artist is able to embody and reflect their new understanding. Language is something that humans have created to communicate their thoughts and ideas, likewise one`s artwork is a form of language that uses lines, shapes, and colors to communicate and speak a language. The authors are able to create inherently by using their intuitions and reflect their ideas on their work, thus allowing the individual inner world to be displayed in the outer world through their creations. Through the action of creating, one`s inner world is self-examined and by evaluating their fundamentals they are able to gain more incitement. Soon after the originator is able raise their inner thoughts on an exterior subject. So it can be said that when an individual composes their artwork, they are seeking to establish their own identity. An individual is able to express what they felt about their normal lives temporarily in an abstract form. The repeated lines is an expressing and a form of hope from a life that is being spent repetitively in the darkness. Rather than depending on the natural instincts of an artist, it is important to logical and theoritical approach to reliaze that art is an expression of the artist's feelings. The meaning of art was researched through oriental and western forms of art. Also to further explain the idea that art is an expression of the artists feelings, su-muk, indian paint, was used to capture the uniqueness of this paint by setting the background with su-muk and bring out its character on an image. The main material used to reflect this image was bal-muk. Therefore, the process of making an artwork and the creative process were studied through the usage of sul-muk and to better express the relation of these two processes bal-muk was added to the research.
