베이스 메이크업 제품에 의한 피부색 보정과 문제성 피부의 효과분석

Abstract

현대는 웰빙에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 내추럴 풍의 메이크업 경향이 유행하게 되었다. 여성들은 주근깨나 점의 노출을 감수하면서까지 맑고 투명한 피부의 표현을 위해 노력을 아끼지 않고 있다. 여성들의 깨끗한 피부에 대한 소망이 많은 화장품의 발전을 가져왔고 다양한 종류의 화장품이 출시되었다. 그 중에서 여성들은 가장 간편하고 빠른 피부 교정의 효과를 내는 베이스 메이크업에 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 특히 얼굴에 결점이 있는 문제성 피부를 가지고 있을 경우, 보다 빠른 시간 내에 효과를 얻을 수 있는 베이스 메이크업이 의학적 치료보다 더 많은 관심을 가지고 있다고 할 수 있다. 메이크업의 기초 단계인 베이스 메이크업은 베이스 제품들을 이용하여 얼굴의 결점을 커버하고 피부색을 보정하여, 보다 깨끗한 피부표현의 효과를 연출 할 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 피부 표현과 얼굴의 결점을 커버하기 위해 피?貫痔? 획일화 하여 두껍게 커버 하는 방식의 베이스 메이크업 테크닉은 이미 시대에 뒤떨어졌다고 할 수 있다. 최근에 유행하고 있는 베이스 메이크업 경향은 자연스러운 피부색을 추구하여 좀더 화사하고 맑으며 자연스럽고 매끄러운 피부를 표현하는 데에 그 초점을 맞추고 있다. 자연스러운 피부표현을 위해서는 커버력이 좋은 제품으로 얼굴을 덮어서 결점을 감추는 방법보다 피부색의 보정을 통한 착시 효과를 극대화하여 결점을 최소화하고 동시에 피부가 맑아 보이는 효과를 노리는 것이 더욱 바람직하다 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 색채의 본질적 특성을 이해하고 색채 원리에 의해 본인에게 어울리는 피부색을 판단하는 방법을 제시하여 이를 통하여 메이크업에서의 색채응용효과와 피부색 보정 및 문제성 피부의 원인과 결점을 보완하는 방법을 분석하였다. 여기서 메이크업에서의 색채응용효과와 피부색 보정에 이용한 색채원리는 보색원리를 기초로 한다. 연구는 색채 및 피부 표현을 위한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 실제 적용 방법을 가정하고 이를 바탕으로 다양한 피부색과 문제성 피부를 대상으로 실험하여 실제 효과를 확인, 분석하였다. 먼저 건강하고 맑은 피부 톤을 표현하기 위해서 여러 가지 피부 톤에 따라 효과적인 베이스 메이크업 제품의 종류를 분석하여 분류하고 그 사용법을 조사하였다. 실제 실험에 사용된 베이스 메이크업 제품들은 사용 빈도가 현저히 높은 제품들로 구성하였으며 실험 결과는 같은 타입의 피부색에 대해 보정 전 사진과 보정 후 사진의 비교로 제시하였다. 실험 결과의 정확도를 높이기 위해 사진 촬영은 공동의 광원과 같은 감도를 가진 동일 브랜드의 필름을 사용하는 등 동일한 조건을 유지 하였다. 연구 결과, 바람직한 피부색 보정 및 효과적인 결점 커버를 위해서는 베이스 메이크업의 전 과정을 통하여 보색원리를 적용하는 것은 피해야 하는 것으로 보인다. 즉 피부 보정 시 메이크업 베이스나 피니싱 파우더 중 하나만 선택하여 보색 대비에 맞게 사용하고 나머지는 자기 피부에 맞는 일반적인 컬러를 사용하는 것이 자연스러운 피부색의 표현 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 얼굴에 결점이 있는 문제성 피부의 경우, 파운데이션 단독 사용으로는 결점 커버가 힘들었다. 파운데이션만으로 커버를 할 경우 피부표현이 두꺼워지고 부자연스러웠으며 뭉치는 결과가 나왔다. 주근깨, 기미, 다크 써클, 반점을 커버하기 위해서는 모두 컨실러 제품이 ?却鄂杉쨉? 문제 부위를 컨실러를 사용하여 커버 하였을 때가 가장 자연스러운 피부표현을 할 수 있는 결과가 나왔다.|The aim of this thesis is to examine the skin color by the application of a base make-up based on the contrast in color and to give confidence in achieving the fair and clear tone of skin by applying the principle of a complementary color. Since the primitive age the make-up has been the important ways of expression for the means of both self-protectiveness and decorativeness. The human kind's interests in beauty has developed in accordance with the changes and developments of the society since the start of human civilization. Specially, women are likely to show their state of mentality through the change of their look, and to form a self-image through visual expressions. With women's more opportunity to work in public areas and the development in science, their desire for beauty had an influence on the trend of the make-up as well as the new trend of fashion. At the beginning of the 21st century, when the concerns about environment is in increase, a natural way of make-up comes into fashion. So women are longing for representing their fair and clear complexion, even though their freckles and spots are exposed. Women's desire for having fair complexion has brought the development in cosmetics business. We are now given the development of cosmetics specialized in dealing with skin's abnormality, the information on daily care for the better skin, the advance of base make-up products, and the better treatment of skin. Among them, women are quite interested in base make-up products which can bring the great effect to reform the skin in a very short time. Specially those who have complex skin type take so much interests in getting the fastest benefits from the application of a base make-up, rather than in finding a permanent cure for their skin. It is possible to cover defects naturally and to show off fair complexion by using base make-up products. The conventional way of application of a base make-up which leaves the skin quite uncomfortable became old-fashioned. It is a modern trend that it focuses on the smooth and natural skin with the little or proper application of a base make-up. For the smooth and natural skin, it is not recommendable to use the products with strong covering effect, but to use the products with high reforming effect. The reformation of the skin defect by using a color is playing a very important role in the make-up. Make-up reveals the desire for beauty and the expression of a self-image. By using ultimate optical illusion, we express our beauty with make-up on. The make-up also gives stability and confidence through the psychological phenomenon in color. This thesis is to contribute on taking proper examination on the skin, and to provide detailed instructions for the application. It also gives the relationship between the principle of the match of colors and a base make-up which is based on it. Firstly, there are no changes in aesthetics of colors which emphasize the basic beauty, though the way of thinking is changeable in accordance with the times and culture. I try to systemize the colors which are used the most frequently. Secondly, it provides the information of what kind of base make-up products we have, and of how we apply them. Thirdly, it expresses healthy and clear complexion by using a base make-up. I attempt to research representation of the skin by reforming skin color with the base make-up application in order to help women live more beautiful and confident lives than ever before.
