미술교육에서의 문화재 현장 활용 방안 연구

문화재는 수많은 역사적인 이야기와 우리 고유의 가치관, 그리고 과학과 기술, 삶의 지혜가 녹아든 소중한 유산이며 회화, 공예, 조각, 건축, 조경 등 조형적 요소들과 절제미, 공간미, 자연미 등과 같은 다양한 미의식이 담겨있다. 빠르게 변화하는 세계 속에서 오늘의 우리 문화와 함께 존재하며 살아가고 있는 문화재의 가치를 깨닫는 일은 매우 중요하다. 이러한 문화재에 대한 교육은 소재 중심적 이해나 외형적 재현, 단편적 감상으로 지나는 것이 아니라 이해, 표현, 감상을 통합시켜 지도해야한다. 그럼으로써 학습자로 하여금 보고 느끼면서 자연스럽게 깨닫도록 해야 한다. 문화재의 가치를 깨달아 보존의식을 가지고 창조적으로 계승하고 전달하며 새로이 발전시킬 수 있도록 하는 일은 중요하게 다루어져야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 고궁 문화재의 미술교육적 가치를 살펴보고 미술교육에서 고궁 문화재 현장을 활용한 문화재교육 지도 방안을 제시하였다. 미술교육은 만인을 위한 교육으로 학습자들이 풍부한 미적체험을 통해 심미적인 태도와 미적 감수성, 시각적 사고, 창의성을 길러준다. 또한 우리의 문화를 이해하고 계승하게 하는 목적과 기능을 가지고 있다. 현재 미술교육은 미술의 이해교육, 표현교육, 감상교육이 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 통합적으로 이루어지고 있다. 미술교육의 이러한 특징을 고궁 문화재 현장을 바탕으로 하는 문화재교육에 효과적으로 적용하였다. 본 논문에서는 문화재 속의 회화적, 장식적, 건축적, 조경적인 면에서의 미적 요소와 미술교육적 가치를 살펴보고 현행 미술 교육 과정에서의 문화재 관련 영역과 그 교육이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 분석하였다. 고궁의 미술적 요소들과 미술교육적 요소를 살펴보고 문화재와 미술교육 유형 등을 고려하여 현장에서의 미술, 문화재교육 학습 프로그램 아이디어를 개발하였다. 문화재교육과 미술교육의 바람직한 통합 교육 방향을 제시하는데 본 논문의 목적이 있다. 미술교육을 활용하여 현장에서 이루어지는 문화재 교육은 풍부한 미적 체험의 경험을 제공해 주고 지식을 확장하는 차원을 넘어서 적극적인 미술 수업의 계기를 마련할 것이다. 또한 학생들의 심미적 태도, 미적 감수성, 시각적 사고와 창의성을 길러주며 우리 문화유산에 대한 자긍심을 내면화 하여 새로이 계승, 발전시키려는 의지와 관심을 갖는 기회를 제공해 줄 것이라 기대한다.|ABSTRACT

Application Plans for Fieldwork Using Cultural Assets in Art Education -Based on Chosun Dynasty Period's Ancient Palace-

Cultural property is important bequest that has many historic stories, peculiar values, science and technology, and life's wisdom. It also has diverse esthetic sense of formative matters, restrained, beauty of space, and natural beauty such as communication, industrial arts, sculptures, construction, architecture. In the quickly changing world, it is important to realize cultural property's values that we are living our lives with today's culture. The education on such cultural property doesn't only stop at material based understanding, external reappearance, or fragmentary sentiments, but it should teach by integrating it with understanding, expression, and sentiments. So it should make learners to smoothly realize by seeing and feeling. It is important to carefully handle the tasks for its development by creatively succeeding and delivering it with cultural property values and preservative consciousness in mind. This essay will look into cultural property ancient palace's educational art's values and suggest teaching plans for cultural property education by applying art education at actual ancient palace site. Education of fine arts is for every people that develops esthetic attitude, esthetic sensibility, visual thoughts, and creativity through numerous esthetic experiences. Also, it has the purpose and function of understanding and succeeding our culture. Today's education of arts is being accomplished closely related to education in understanding, expression, sentiments. Such characteristics are effectively applied in cultural property education based on the site of ancient palace. This essay looks into esthetic matters in the aspects of communication, decoration, construction, architecture, and analyzed how its related domain and education are being accomplished in the process of art education. This essay has the purpose of proposing teaching plans for desirable integrated education for cultural property and fine arts. It looked into its educational matters of ancient palace and developed a studying program by considering its forms and applying its education at site. By applying this method of education at actual site, it will not only provide many experiencing opportunities and expand knowledge but also active art classes. Also, we hope it will help develop student's esthetic attitude and sensibility, and visual thoughts and creativity, and have strong wills for developing and succeeding the pride of our cultural property.
