문신의 에로티시즘을 응용한 현대패션 연구

Abstract

영문초록: p. 89-91|신체장식은 인간의 외부적인 표현의 자기형성 과정이며, 자신의 본능적 욕구를 표현하는 방법이다. 인간의 내면적 심리인 성적욕구는 현대패션에서 복식의 에로티시즘과 신체장식을 통한 성적매력의 표출로써 나타난다. 과거 단순히 이성에 대한 성적매력의 발산을 위해 착용했던 복식의 에로티시즘적 동기는 점차 그 의미를 잃어가고 최근에는 자신의 이미지 전달을 위한 복식의 착용과 내재된 성적 욕구가 동시에 표현되고 있는 상태라 할 수 있으며, 이러한 경향으로 인해, 현대패션에서는 원시시대의 신체장식 중 문신의 표현특성을 이용한 디자인이 모티브가 되어 복식에 표현되고 새로운 패션의 흐름으로 받아들여지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 과거 하위문화의 한 부분에 불과했던 문신이 어떤 특성을 가지고 현대패션에 전개되고 재조명되고 있는지를 문신이 주는 의미와 표현특성에 따라 분석하고자 했으며, 다양한 신체장식 중에서 두드러지게 나타나고 있는 문신을 현대사회에 나타난 패션흐름인 동시에 하나의 예술로 재평가 되도록 하는데 의의가 있다. 또한, 미래패션에 대한 새로운 아이디어를 창출하는 근원이 될 수 있도록 표현기법을 정리하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 문신의 개념 및 기원과 문양의 상징성, 그에 따른 표현방법이 현대 패션에 어떻게 응용되었는지, 문신의 특성을 중심으로 연구하였으며, 그 속에 내재되어 있는 인간의 신체를 장식하고자하는 심리가 성과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 인지하고 인간의 본능적 미의식의 표출에 에로티시?遲? 영향을 미친다는 관점에서 에로티시즘의 올바른 이해와 뜻을 재조명하였다. 본 연구의 이론적 배경을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체장식의 기원은 인간이 두려움으로부터 자신을 지키기 위한 목적의 신체보호설, 아름답게 보이고자하는 욕망의 표현인 미화설, 종족의 구분과 사회적 지위를 나타내는데 쓰였던 상징설로 구분지을 수 있다. 둘째, 에로티시즘의 유형은 다음과 같다. 훔쳐보고자 하는 욕구인 관음증, 자기애적인 나르시즘, 주물숭배와 성도착적인 페티시즘, 변태적인 성으로 구분되어지는 사디즘과 마조히즘으로 나타난다. 본 연구에서 이론적 고찰과 문헌연구 및 자료 분석을 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직접적 표현 특성은 보이고자 하는 욕구의 표출로써 문신은 인간이 신체 장식을 통해 성적욕구를 표현하는 가장 대표적인 방법이다. 문신은 신체에 직접 시술해 문양이 주는 상징성을 통하여 개성을 표현하거나 의미를 전달하는 형태와 피어싱을 신체의 부분을 뚫어 끼워 넣거나 달아 늘어뜨리는 형태의 노출로 나타났고, 복식에 응용된 형태로는 노출과 밀착의 기법을 통해 인체의 선을 드러내고 신체의 부위에 따른 에로티시즘을 강조하거나 문양을 통해 인?섯? 강조하는 형태로 나타났다. 둘째, 간접적인 표현특성은 문신이 주는 영구적인 형태에서 벗어나 스티커, 헤너나 바디페인팅을 이용한 일시적이거나 반영구적인 방법으로 신체의 에로티시즘과 문신의 상징성을 표현하고자 하였으며, 크리스탈 타투나, 헤너를 이용한 문신의 표현과, 복식에는 비치는 소재에 용 문양을 프린트하거나 검은 레이스를 이용하여 문신을 표현 하는 등, 소재의 특성을 이용한 시각적인 착시를 일으킬 수 있는 방법으로 표현됐다. 셋째, 상징적 표현 특성은 신체에 상징성을 표현할 수 있는 용, 호랑이, 잉어, 장미, 해골등, 전통적 상징을 담은 문신문양을 직접 그려 넣거나 성적인 상징이 되는 머리카락, 피부, 가슴 등의 신체일부와 속옷, 코르셋, 구두 등의 의복을 플라스틱, 고무, 모피, 실크 등의 소재로 복식에 표현함으로써, 성적 내면세계의 욕구를 표현하는 문신의 에로티시즘으로 나타났다. 이렇듯 문신의 에로티시즘적인 표현 특성을 살린 모티브는 각각의 범주에 따른 형태를 이루면서 복식에 표현되고 있고, 복식에 나타난 조형성은 현시대에 그 문양만이 가지는 표현 특성을 살려 발전해 나감으로써 현대패션에 새로운 트랜드와 자신의 성적욕구를 당당하?? 표출시킬 수 있는 대중문화의 아이템으로서 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있으며, 문신을 신체에 표현된 자아와 에로티시즘의 표출로써, 현대패션을 이끌어 나갈 수 있는 대중적인 문양의 디자인과 아이템 개발에 잘 활용해야 할 것이다.|Corporal decorations are procedures to form oneself of external expressions and a method to express instinctive desire. Sexual desire, which is the internal psychology of mankind, is expressed as the expression of sexual representation through eroticism and corporal decorations in modem fashion. Regarding studying the eroticism of corporal decorations, erotic motive of clothing which used to be for expressing one' s sexual charms is losing its meaning. Recently both internal sexual desire and external image expression are expressed simultaneously. Because of this tendency, design using expression characteristics of tattoo among corporal decorations in primitive ages became a motif, and expressed in clothing in modem fashion. Therefore, in this article we tried to understand how the eroticism of corporal decorations were expressed in modern fashion. We also tried to re-evaluatefashion, there will be 'tattoo' which makes permanent coloring by injecting colors into the wounds, 'hener which dyes the surface of the skin temporarily, and 'piercing' which ornaments by piercing holes. Thirdly, following are the types of eroticism. 'Peeping Tom' to watch furtively, 'Narcism' of self-love, 'Feticim' which is from materialism and sexual perversion, 'Sadism' and 'Masochism'. Erotic corporal decorations are a fashion where the intention is to stimulate themselves or others People always express the desire to look for the new and ascetic desire through corporal decorations. Corporal decorations reflect the human ascetic concept, and are used as a method to express the internal desire of human beings. Characteristics of erotic fashion in corporal decorations and clothing are similar. We understood erotic expressional characteristics, which was the foundation of beauty continually being shown with the chronicle change of clothing in modern fashion. Common expressional characteristics in corporal decorations and clothing are as follows. Firstly, 'Direct Expressional Characteristics' are as 'Expression to Show Desire to be Shown Off,' which is the most representative method to express its sexual desire through corporal decorations. In corporal decorations, it was to draw patterns on the body directly, and in fashion it was shown as exposure and close adherence. Secondly, In direct expressional characteristics' are the expressional method to show 'Sexual Attraction'. In corporal decorations, they use visual methods such as disposable stickers, 'Hener' and 'Body Painting, in clothing it was expressed as 'Projection Method' to stimulate sexual imagination using materials. Thirdly, 'Symbolic Expressional Characteristics' are to draw erotic patterns directly on the body, or to express a part of the body such as 'hair', 'skin' and 'bust' or clothing such as underwear', 'corset' and 'shoes and materials such as 'plastic', 'rubber' 'fur' and 'silk'. They consider it as 'Expressional Style of Eroticism' to express internal sexual desire. 'Erotic expressional characteristics of corporal decorations are expressed on clothing by forming different styles according to its category. 'Models Represented on Clothing play an important part as 'Item of Public Culture' to express new trend of modern fashion and sexual desire by developing the expressional characteristics of the patterns in contemporary days.
