무의식에 내재된 이미지 표현연구

Abstract

예술가에 있어 내면세계탐구는 끊임없는 삶의 고찰과 또한 풀리지 않는 숙제를 의미 한다. 수많은 이론과 표현 방식들 속 에서 현대미술의 범위가 확장 되고 있는 지금본연구자는 인간본연의 내면세계를 인식하고 그 심리의 변화과정이 어떠한 이미지의 형상으로 변모 되어지는지를 알고자 한다. 그 이미지와 현상들은 작가의 의도에 의해 무의식에서 의식으로 혹은 내부에서 외부로 표출 되는 것인데, 본인의내면에 자리 잡은 무의식적 환상, 환영 등이 화면을 통해 어떻게 나타나는지, 작업 전개 과정에 대해 탐구 하여본다. 무의식적 환상은 꿈과 현실의 불분명한 경계로부터 비롯된 것이며 과거의 기억이나 ,경험에서 희미한 잔상으로 나타난다. 이러한 잔상을 작품으로써 형상화 하고 내면으로부터 끄집어내는 일은 본인에게 스스로의 삶을 되돌아보며 과거의 기억을 재확인할 수 있는 정서적 환기라말할 수 있고 이는 현실의 의식을 초월한 큰 실제성을 가진 현실에서는 이를 수없는 꿈을 이루게 하는 행위인 것이다. 이렇듯 본 논문은 대상을 재현 하는 것이 아닌 주관적 세계를 표현하고자 하는 것인데 매우 개인적이고도 기록적인 이 과정은 무의식을 바탕으로 삼지만 때론 의식적으로도 내면의 필연성에 따른 변형과 단순화를 통해 화면의 질서와상징성을 추구 하였으며 작품 내에서 가장 특징적 요소인 몽환적 이미지를 강조하였다. 본인은 지금까지의 작품을 전개함에 있어 조형적 구성이나 편협 되어지는 상징성의 과정에 어려움을 체험하고, 복잡한 내면세계의 형상을 화면에 표현 하는것이 쉽지 않은 일이란 것을 느끼게 되었다. 그러나 궁극적으로 이번기회를 통하여 보다 바람직한 이론체계의 바탕이 되어지길 기대하며 본인의 깊이 내재되어있는 정신세계와 변이되어지는 무의식적 형상과의 관계를 탐구함으로써 새로운 형상의 영역을 구축하는데 그 목적을 두고자한다.|An artist's exploration of the inner world means an incessant investigation into his or her life as well as a pending question unsolved. At the present time when the scope of contemporary art is expanded innumerous theories and methods of expression, man wants to recognize his original inner world and discover into what new form he changes in the process of his psychological change. He wants to express from the inside to the outside the images and phenomena changed there. This study aims at exploring the changing process of how the unconscious fantasy and phantom establishing themselves in the inside are reflected through a pictore The unconscious fantasy which results from the unclear boundary between dream and reality appears as a dim afterimage from the memories orexperiences of the past. It can be said to be emotional awakening to enable me to reconfirm the past memories looking back my life to formalize the afterimage as a work and take it out from the inside. The act has me realize the dream that I cannot realize in the reality with great actuality beyond real consciousness. Like it, this thesis does not aim at reproducing an oblect but expressing the sublective world. The very personal and recording process is based on unconsciousness, but sometimes has also consciously pursued the order and symbolism of a picture through tansformation and simplification according to the necessity of the inside. I want to have spectators amplify the curiosity for what the inner world is I have had difficulties in the process of plastic construction or biased symbolism when I have developed my works so far, and felt that it was no teasy to express on a picture the forms in the complex inner world.
