내적 심상의 표현 연구 : 본인의 작품을 중심으로

Abstract

본 논문은 대학원 과정중에 제작되어 개인전에 출품됐던 본인의 작품들을 중심으로하여 분석한 것이다. 오늘날 현대인은 ?茨湛? 현실을 ?아 바쁘게 살아가는 가운데 자신의 무의식적 욕구에서부터 가치관과 이상향에 이르기까지 사회의 요구에 맞지 않는 그 모든 것을 정신의 내적 삶 속에 가둬두고 외적인 삶과 분리된 이중의 삶을 살아간다. 이에 본인은 본 논문의 서론을 통하여 인간의 솔직한 '내적 현실의 발현의 장'이란 측면에서 미술을 바라보고자 하였으며 이러한 개인의 정신의 표출을 통해 인류 전체의 정신을 구현함에 그 의의를 두고자 하였음을 밝히고 있다. 또한 이러한 관점아래 본인의 작품을 고찰함에 있어 본인의 내적 현실이 어떠한 형식으로 발현되는지 살피기 위한 본 논문의 방법적 경로도 더불어 밝혀두고 있다. 마지막으로 본인 개인에게 있어 본인의 작품 제작은 정서적 출구를 찾아나가는 치료적 과정임을 덧붙이고 있다. 본 논문의 본론에서는 본인의 작품을 고찰하기에 앞서 본인의 내적 현실이 갖는 우울한 정서에 관해 프로이트적 시각에 의존해 분석을 시도하였고 여기서 도출된 결과적 내용이 작품안에서 각 조형요소들의 상징성과 시지각적 특질을 거쳐 발현되어짐을 살피고자 하였다. 이에 본론의 내용적 측면을 통하여 죽음본능의 또다른 외연인 가혹한 초자아로부터 공격당하는 자아의 자기 학대적 우울 정서가 본인의 내적 현실을 이루고 있음을 밝히고 이러한 내적 현실이 상징을 통해 발현되고 있음을 상징의 역사와 함께 살피고 있다. 이와 더불어 본론의 형식적 측면에서는 본인의 작품에서 보여지는 각 조형요소들, 즉 '형태', '선', '공간'의 시지각적 특질에 대한 이해와 이러한 특질이 본인의 내적 현실의 발현에 있어 어떠한 작용을 하는지 알아보고 있다. 이러한 분석 결과, 본인은 본인의 작품을 다음과 같이 서술하고 있다. 즉, 나름의 상징을 내포한 형상이 허공 또는 소외된 공간에 하나의 덩어리로서 던져지고, 이러한 형상 위에서 기계적 속성의 중복된 선 다발이 유기체적 형태로 부분적 면을 이루면서 중첩, 또는 상호 중첩되어 있다. 그리고 이 모든 것은 목탄이 주는 검은 색의 어둡고 무거운 상징적 분위기로 녹아 들어가고 있다. 특히 목탄으로 문질러 형성된 형상의 부드러운 면은 일종의 피부로서 상징되어 질 수 있으며 이 위에 날카로운 선이 그어짐으로 인해 자아의 자기처벌, 혹은 초자아의 폭력에 의한 '상처 내기'로서의 '행위의 상징'을 내포한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 기계적 속성을 지니는 중복된 선 다발의 유기체적 형태로의 흐름은, 초자아의 융통성 없는 기계적 속성과 자아의 의지와는 무관하게 작동하는 독립적 생물체로서의 속성을 상징함에 따른 것이다. 결론에 이르러서 본 연구를 통해 발견된 몇가지 문제점들을 앞으로의 해결해야 할 과제로 제시함과 동시에 본 논문은 끝을 맺고 있다. 이렇듯 본인은 본 논문을 통하여 본인의 작품세계를 '우울한 내적 현실의 발현'으로서 규정짓고 내용적, 형식적 측면에서 총체적으로 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 본 논문의 연구 노력은 본인으로 하여금 본인의 내면과 작품 세계, 그리고 미술을 바라봄에 있어 체계적인 관점을 가지게 하는 발전적 계기가 되어 주었다. 이는 본인이 앞으로의 작업에 있어 좀 더 폭넓은 사고로 임할 수 있도록 하는데에 보탬이 되어 주리라 믿는다.|This thesis is what analyzed centering around my works exhibited to private exhibition after being manufactured in the course of graduate school. The moderns of today are leading the double life separated from outer life by confining the everything which is not suitable for the demand of society from their own unconscious desire to the sense of value and the Utopia in the inner life of spirit while they live busily by following the high-speed actuality. So, this researcher is clarifying that I tried to look at fine art from the viewpoint to be the place of revelation of frank inner actuality of human beings through the introduction of this thesisand that I tried to place the significance in realizing the spirit of mankind whole through this expression of spirit of individual. In addition, this researcher is clarifying the methodological route of this thesis for examining in which form my inner actuality is revealed in studying my work under this viewpoint. Lastly, I am adding that my work manufacture is the curative course to find the emotional exist to me, individual. In the main discourse of this thesis, this researcher tried the analysis on the basis of the Freudian viewpoint aobut the gloomy emotion that my inner actuality has before studying my work, and tried to examine that the resulting contents extracted from here is revealed through the symbolical nature and visual and perceptive feature of each plastic element in work. So, this researcher is clarifying that the gloomy emotion of self maltreatment of self to be attacked from the severe super-ego which is the another extension of death instinct is forming my inner actuality and is examining that this inner actuality is being revealed through symbol with the history of symbol, through the side of contents of main discourse. With this, this researcher is understanding about the visual and perceptive feature of each plastic element to be seen in my work, that is, form, line, and space and is examining which action this feature is doing in the revelation of my inner actuality. As the result of this analysis, this researcher is describing my work as follows: That is, the form to include its own symbol is cast as one lump to empty space or alienated space, and the overlapped line bundle of mechanical attribute form partial side in the form of organism on this form and it is being overlapped and is being overlapped mutually. And, all these are melting into black dark and heavy symbolical atmosphere that charcol gives. Especially, the soft ide of form formed by rubbing with charcoal may be symbolized as a kind of skin. And, as sharp line is drawn on it, it can be said that it includes the symbol of action to make injury by the self-punishment of self or the violence of super-eog. In addition, the flow into the form of organism of overlapped line bunble to have mechanical attribute is based on symbolizing the attribute as the independent organism to operate regardless of the unflexible mechanical attribute of superego and the will of self. In conclusion, this researcher draw conclusion on presenting some kinds of points at issues discovered through this study as the subject to have to be solved in the future. Like this, through this thesis, I try to prescribe my work world as the revelation of gloomy inner actuality and analyzed it wholly from the viewpoint of contents and form. This efforts for the study of this thesis became the developmental momentum to enable me to have the systematic viewpoint in looking at my inside, work world, and fine art. I believe that this may be a help to facing the future work with a little more. wide thinking.
