나무의 이미지를 통한 공간의 조형성 연구

Abstract

현대에서의 예술의 의미는 매우 다양하게 정의 내려지고 있다. 특히 현대의 예술가들은 예술작업에서 자신의 존재성을 성찰하고 그 능력을 고찰하고 확인하려한다. 시대의 변화가 물질적이고 감각적이 되어갈수록 좀 더 정신적이고 내면적인 사유의 세계에 몰입하여 본질에 충실하고자 하는 것이다. 본인 또한 이렇게 상실되어가는 인간, 사물, 사회 등 모든 만물의 근원이 되는 보이지 않는 기본질서는 본인에게 커다란 의문으로 제기되었고 이런 생각의 바탕은 본인으로 하여금 자연과 인간에 대한 물음과 탐구를 하게 하였다. 자연은 인간에게 현실에서 자아를 찾아보게 하고 알 수 없는 힘에 대한 성찰을 하게한다. 바로 그 힘과 질서는 자연을 유지하게 해주고 독자적 자율적 세계의 생명력을 갖게 한다. 이런 자연현상에 대한 탐구가 본인작품의 기초가 되었다. 이러한 탐구 과정에 관한 본 논문은 모두 3장으로 구성되어있다. 제 1장 서론에서는 본인의 작품에 대한 연구 목적, 방법에 대하여 제시하였다. 제 2장 본론에서는 첫째, 사유의 공간에 대한 이론적 토대를 동양사상의 허와 실에 연계하여 고찰하여 보았다. 둘째, 껍질이 갖는 상징적 의미, 재현되어진 형태, 표현의 기법적인 면과 설치 방식 등 조형적 특징에 관하여 서술하였다. 마지막으로는 작품 3점에 대하여 심도있게 분석하였다. 제 3장 결론에서는 본 논문의 연구결과 정리와 열린 마음으로 본인의 작품세계를 더욱 발전시켜 꾸준하게 정진할 것이라는 작업태도에 대하여 밝혔다.|21th century is called the era of image. We cannot help avoiding image anytime, anywhere and also in any fields. As our neighboring environment changes from he past with a spiritual and inward way of thoughts to the modern age which stands for material, sensual and temporary images, we've got a variety of information though undergoing innumerable images. However, visual-focused contemporary world caused us to lose our seriousness towards the intrinsic essence. The invisible basic system as a source of all the things involving people, matter, society, etc posed a great question to me. Under this consideration, in addition, it formed the principle of my work that the permanent exploration about nature closely associated with human beings is necessary. This thesis is the study about my work containing my own thoughts for he principle of nature. This thesis on the course to make my work into modeling is composed of 3 chapters. In the introduction of chapter1 I suggested the study goal and study method about my own work. In the main discourse of chapter2 first, I investigated the basis of they regarding the space of thoughts linked to nought and substance of oriental thoughts. Secondly, I described the formative attributes including the symbolic meaning of bark, the reproduced form though, the manufacture method and the way of installation. In the last place, I analyzed 3 works deeply. In the conclusion of chapter 3 I arranged the contents of this thesis and clarified my attitude to develop my work with open mind and make progress all the more.
