김춘수 시 교수-학습 방안 연구

Abstract

본고는 그동안 국어과 교과서에 지속적으로 수록되어온 ‘전통적인 서정시, 저항문학, 모더니즘 경향’의 작품들 중 대표적인 모더니스트이자 순수문학을 지향했던 김춘수의 시 텍스트를 논의의 대상으로 선정하여 ‘어떻게 가르칠 것인가’라는 방법론적 측면의 연구를 정전화 방식에 관한 연구와 함께 수행하였다. 그동안의 정전 논의는 끊임없이 수정되고 보완되며 오늘에 이르렀다. 정전에 대한 초기의 논의는 작품의 이데올로기성이나 이에 적용되는 국가 이데올로기를 중심으로 한 문제제기와 비판에 초점을 맞추어 정전연구의 기본 틀을 제공하였다. 이와는 다른 관점에서, 개별 텍스트에 관한 연구와 구체적인 기준 선정에 관한 연구는, 문학교육에서 더욱 구체화된 정전논의로 이어질 것이다. 이와 같은 문제의식을 바탕으로 본고는 개별 작가와 작품의 정전화 방식을 살피는 작업에 논의를 집중하여, 정전으로서의 가치를 확고하게 인정받고 있는 김춘수 시인의 시를 연구하였다. 김춘수 시의 정전화 방식 탐색과 교수-학습방안의 모색 이전에, 우선 정전의 일반적 논의 양상을 살펴보았다. 여기서는 정전에 관한 다양한 개념을 살피는 것은 물론, 정전의 기준 및 구성 원리, 기능, 범주화 및 찬반논의를 살펴 김춘수 시에 관한 정전화 논의에 기초를 마련하였다. 이와 같이 정전의 개념과 양상을 살핀 후, 문학교육과 정전의 관계를 고찰하였다. 문학을 ‘어떻게’ 가르칠 것인가의 문제에 선행되어야 하는 작업이 바로 ‘무엇을’, ‘왜’ 가르쳐야 하는 가에 관한 논의이기 때문이다. 다음으로 김춘수 시의 위상과 시적 노정을 함께 살펴봄으로써 그의 시가 지닌 정전으로서의 가치와 문학사적 의의를 고찰하였다. 이어서 ‘작품성, 현재성, 흥미성’이라는 정전 선정의 기준을 마련하여, 그의 시가 이러한 기준에 얼마나 부합되는지 고찰해나가는 것으로 김춘수 시에 관한 정전화 방식을 탐색하였다. 끝으로 현행 제7차 교육과정 고등학교 18종 문학교과서의 김춘수 시 수록양상을 작품별로 자세히 분석하였다. 그 후 김춘수의 시를 세 가지의 관점으로 범주화하여 작품에 관한 해석과 교과서 분석 작업을 선행하고, 기존 교과서의 문제점을 수정 및 보완한 학습지도안을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 제언은 ‘학습자 중심 교육’과 ‘상호텍스트성’을 중심으로 하여, 학습자의 능동적인 참여를 이끌어 내기 위한 것이었다.|This thesis is dealing with the text of Kim Chun Soo’s poetries: Kim Chun Soo who is a famous modernist and seeking the pure literature; among the texts which have been mentioned constantly on the schoolbook as the representative of traditional lyric, resistance literature and modernism. With his works, this thesis is concerning “How to teach” in the methodological studying with canonics. The discussion of canon has repeatedly been revised and updated so far. The early discussion of canon is focused on the ideological aspect of the work or raising questions or criticism of the national ideology. So it developed the basic of canon study. With the other point, study of individual text and the selection of specific standard will be ahead to canon study which is more specified in the education of literature. Based on this consciousness, this thesis is studying Kim Chun Soo’s poetry whose worth of canon is highly authorized, with the focus on canon of individual poets and poetry. Before questing canonics of Kim Chun Soo’s poetry and teaching & learning methods, first we looked into the canon’s discussion generally and studied the relation between the education of literature and canon. “What”, “Why” to teach literary should be prior to “How” to teach. On the chapter of general discussion of canon, we observed various notions of canon, standards and composition principles, function, categories. With these matters, provided the basis for canonics of Kim Chun Soo’s poetry. Second, this thesis contemplated the worth as canon and significance in the history of literature Kim Chun Soo’s poetry has, through searching all over the reputation of his works and poetic journey. And based on three standards of canon selection . Artistry , Nowness, Interesting . we inquired canonics by how much his works match to these three standards. In the end, we analyzed recording aspect of Kim Chun Soo’s poetries on the high school literary textbooks, 7th Education curriculum. we studied his poems and text first in three categories, suggested the teaching methods which are amended and complemented problems in current textbook. This suggestion is for leading learner’s active participation, focused on “ Leaner-centered education” and “ Intertextuality”.
