<기대심리>에 관한 조형화 연구 = 본인의 작품을 중심으로

Abstract

인간의 풍요로운 삶에 대한 갈망은 자본주의가 시작되면서부터 있어왔다. 자본주의가 계속 이어지는 한, 인간은 누구나 풍요로운 삶에 대한 기대를 갖게 될 것이며, 이러한 기대심리는 인간이 지닌 근본적인 욕망인 것이다. 그렇지만, 경제적 불안이 생겨남에 따라 불투명한 미래의 풍요로움에 대하여 사람들은 불안을 느끼게 되었고, 안정된 생활의 정착을 할 수 있는 여러 가지 대안들을 찾는 노력들을 끊이지 않았다. 그에 마라 증권이나 카지노, 경마 등의 도박성 있는 게임은 풍요로운 삶에 좀 더 빠르게 다가갈 수 있는 하나의 비상구라고 여겨지게 된 것이다. 본인은 작품 속에서 일확천금의 환상에 대하여 바람직하지 못한 사행심이라고 치부해 버리는 기대심리를 표현하기보다는 일상 속에서 흔히 찾아볼 수 있는 생활의 한 단편으로써의 표현을 의도한 것이다. 따라서 형태와 기법을 나타냄에 있어서 사람들에게 친숙한 느낌을 줄 수 있는 재료와 색감을 선택하게 되었고, 우화적인 표현방식을 통하여 경험적 기억을 통한 관람객과의 공감대를 형성하고자 하였다. 이러한 본인 작품의 조형화 과정에 관한 연구인 본 논문은 모두 3장으로 구성되어 있다. 제1장 서론에서는 본인 작품의 주제인 [기대심리]에 관한 연구목적과 연구방법 및 연구범위를 제시하였다. 제2장 본론에서는 작품의 형성배경과 제작방법 및 내용에 관한 분석을 서술하였다. 제3장 결론에서는 본 논문의 내용을 개괄적으로 정리하고 앞으로 더욱 발전된 작품을 위한 연구과제를 서술하였다.|There has been an earnest desire towards abundant life since the advent of capitalism. In this capitalist society, everybody might have this expectation as the very basic wish. However, an economic deadlock has made people distrust their expectation towards affluent futures. Therefore, people have tried to find alternatives. Some gambling-like activities such as securities, casinos and horse racing can be accepted as these activities and one of exits to reach rapidly at abundant life. All in all, I intended this expectation as a piece of daily life rather than an undesirable speculative spirit. Consequently, I choose materials and colours, which can give familiar feelings to people and use allegorical representations to build up interface with audience by experienced memories. This dissertation consists of three parts. Firstly, in the introduction, there are explanation of my intention, method and scope about the expectation by fortuity. Secondly, in the main body, the theoretical bases are presented from art historical and psychological viewpoint. Finally, in the conclusion, the general summary and subject for future works are shown.
