L. v. Beethoven 「An die ferne Geliebte, op.98」의 반주 연구

Abstract

영문초록: p. 84-85|본 논문은 베토벤(Ludwig van Beethoven : 1770~1827)의 「멀리있는 연인에게(An die ferne Geliebte), op.98」에 관한 연구이다. 이 작품은 서양 음악 역사상 최초로 작곡된 연가곡으로서 한편의 오페라와 같은 독특한 구성적 특징을 지니고 있고 낭만시대로 이어지면서 독일 연가곡의 형성에 지대한 영향을 주었다는 관점에서 볼때 연구할만한 충분한 가치가 있음에 본 논제를 채택하게 되었다. 총 6곡으로 구성된「멀리있는 연인에게(An die ferne Geliebte), op.98」의 분석에 앞서 베토벤 가곡의 특징과 작품을 세 시기로 나누어 정리해 보았고, 작곡가로서의 명성이 본 괘도에 오르던 베토벤 중기에 작곡된 이 곡이 시대적으로는 고전주의 작품에 속하지만 부분적으로 그의 낭만주의적인 성향히 드러나는 부분들에서는 고전에서 낭만으로의 과도기적인 특징 또한 함께 언급하였다. 전 6곡의 가사 번역에 있어서는 시적 유연성은 다소 떨어지더라도 사전적 의미에 충실한 직역위주의 번역을 시도하였고 그를 토대로 가사와 반주와의 관계를 재조명하고 가사의 내용을 피아노로 표현하기 위한 방법을 악보예와 함께 모색해 보았다. 마지막으로 결론에서는 본 연구과정을 토대로하여 서양음악사에서 이 작품이 갖는 특별한 의미 및 각각의 곡들이 하나의 큰 흐름안에서 지속적으로 연결됨에있어 특히 연결구의 결정적인 역할 수행에대해 다시 한번 되새겨보았다.|This thesis is a study on the Accompaniment of「An die ferne Geliebte, op.98」by Beethoven(1770-1827). 「An die ferne Geliebte, op.98」 is known for the first song cycle of western music history and has unique constitutive features like an opera, and through Romantic period this work influenced on the formation of German song cycle so strongly as well. Before analysis of 「An die ferne Geliebte, op.98」which consists of 6 songs, I classified whold Beethoven's Lieds and their character to 3 period. Because 「An die ferne Geliebte, op.98」was composed in the middle of his matured working period and belonging to the classicism but his romantic character partly appeared in this work, I also referred to the transitional features of this song cycle. I tried to translate three 6 songs literally, although it would not combined with poetic language, and then I presented how that words related to the piano and how the piano expressed that words with musical excerpts. At the conclusion, on the basis of my studies, I aimed to show what 「An die ferne Geliebte, op.98」 means in Western music history, and to show how the interlinking phrases of the work connect each of 6 songs as whole song cycle.
