Customer service를 중심으로 특성화시킨 전문 검색 엔진 시스템 설계 및 구현

Abstract

영문초록: p. 45-46|정보 통신의 발달은 우리의 생활 방식마저 바꾸어 놓았고, 시간과 공간이라는 2차원적인 ?섟甕? 3차원은 물론 4차원 방식까지 해방시켜나가고 있다. 또한 정보에 대한 중요성이 커지면서, 각자 나름대로의 새로운 정보창출이 이루어졌다. 그 결과 정보와 데이터의 기준이 확실하지 않게 되었다. 한편 모든 사람이 차별 없는 공간에서 정보를 공유하려는 인터넷의 취지와는 달리, 정보가 특정 계층을 중심으로 사용되는 사례가 점점 늘어나고 있기 때문에 정보의 전문적인 성향이 강하게 두드러지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스를 기반으로 하여 특정 분야의 전문 자료를 보다 쉽고 간편하게 정보를 나눠 가질 수 있기 위한 목적으로 시스템을 설계 및 구축하게 되었으며, 그로인해 부수적으로 생겨나는 다양한 장점들을 도출시킬 수 있다.|Development of Information-Communication changed our life style. And the second dimension was released to the third dimension, still more the fourth dimension. As increased importance of information, it has created new information in each part. As a result, it has not difference between information and data. On the other hand, information is specialized by a specific class today. That would run counter to the public ownership of information on Internet that is not distinction of class or level. This thesis introduces about the plan and realization of the system which has for the purpose of sharing information easier in a specific field on a basis web service. As a effect of it, it will make various incidental merits.
