Alban Berg의 《Sieben Fruhe Lieder》에 관한 연구

Abstract

영문초록: p. 77-78|본 논문은 독일-오스트리아 전통에 뿌리를 두고 있는 20세기 작곡가 알반 베르크(Alban Berg, 1885~1935)의《7개의 초기가곡(Sieben Fruhe Lieder)》에 관한 연구이다. 베르크는 예술에 대한 최초의 관심을 문학에 두었고, 그의 작품에서는 제 2빈악파 중 가장 낭만적인 그의 취향이 나타난다. 《7개의 초기가곡》은 쇤베르크를 사사한 지 얼마 되지 않은 시기부터 쓰여진 작품으로, 1905~1908년에 걸쳐 작곡되었다.《7개의 초기가곡》은 후기 낭만주의 음악(浪漫主義 音樂)에서 무조음악(無調音樂)으로 변화해가는 작곡기법(作曲技法)들을 살펴 볼 수 있는 중요한 의미가 있으므로 필자는 이 작품을 논제(論題)로 채택하였다. 《7개의 초기?“障렛【?는 베르크의 문학적(文學的)·음악적(音樂的) 감각을 엿볼 수 있는데, 베르크는 이 작품을 위해 각각 다른 7명의 시인들의 시를 선택하여 낭만적 서정성(浪漫的 抒情性)을 바탕으로 아름다운 음악으로 완성시켰다. 총 7곡으로 구성된 이 작품의 작곡 기법상의 과도기적(過渡期的)인 면과 문학적 측면이 음악 안에서 어떻게 형상화(形象化) 되었는지에 초점을 두고 연구하였다. 《7개의 초기가곡》은 "Nacht", "Schilflied", "Die Nachtigall", "Traumgekront", "Im Zimmer", "Liebesode", "Sommertage"로 구성되어 있다. 이 곡들은 전체적으로 박자, 템포, 조성, 음역의 변화가 다양하고, 과도기적인 무조성이 나타나며 성악성부와 반주부는 개연성(蓋然性)이 적은 독립된 구조로 되어 있다. 후기낭만과 무조의 색채가 공존하는 이 작품은 20세기 현대음악(現代音樂)의 성악문헌(聲樂文獻)에 있어 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있고, 현대가곡중 자주 연주되는 레파토리이다.|This thesis is about the《Seven Early Songs(Sieben Fruhe Lieder)》, which was composed by Alban Berg(1885~1935) in the 20th century. His music was based on the German - Austrian tradition and culture. Berg was interested in literature to express his art and he was one of the best men to express romantic character among the Viennese Schools. The《Seven Early Songs》was composed during 1905 ~1908, not long after studying with Arnold Schonberg. I chose this topic because the 《Seven Early Songs》 had an imfortant meaning to look over the art of composition, which was changing from the late romanticism to the atonal music. We can feel the literary and musical sense of Berg in the《Seven Early Songs》, he chose 7 poems from each 7 poets and finally completed his beautiful music based on his romantic lyricism. I studied it how a transient part of the art of composition and literary part were expressed in music deeply. The《Seven Early Songs》consists of "Nacht", Schilflied", "Die Nachtigall", "Traumgekront", "Im Zimmer", "Liebesode", and "Sommertage". The《Seven Early Songs》has varius rhythm, tempo, tone and musical range and the part of vocal and accompaniment of this work has independent system a quite. The《Seven Early Songs》, coexisted with the late romanticism and the atonal music, occupied the important position and it is one of the contemporary songs performed frequently in this present age.
